2 months agoEvery time we come to this location, it’s something. Why are you all closed on a beautiful Saturday morning?? People are out here cleaning out their cars and can’t even wash them!! We will never come here again. They don’t spray our cars front and back either. We have a monthly membership for both of our cars, and this is uncalled for. This isn’t the only location that does this! You guys are gonna lose us as customers!! It doesn’t matter if you reply because things won’t change. You guys don’t even maintain your equipment if it’s not in a white neighborhood! Beyond terrible business practices!in the last weekThe customer service here was awesome, however the equipment just didn’t do it for me. I literally have the same bugs on my grille and windshield after the wash. I wouldn’t go back unless I needed a basic quick rinse because that’s all it did.a month agoPlease understand I pay monthly so you get paid regardless of if your equipment is working correctly or not! Most every visit something in the wash line is not functioning properly whether it’s the rags that clean your vehicle or the tire shine, ext.. please do a better job servicing your equipment4 weeks agoAfter spending $15 on a car wash, most of my car looks practically the same as it did when it went into the wash. One the right side of the car wash, about half of the rollers never engaged, while the left side did. It’s pretty outrageous to have to pay that much money, to go home and have to wash it by hand again. Don’t waste your time here.a month agoThe worst Zips I have ever experienced. The wash was awful. Lady guiding me in the was was talking on a cellphone while attempting to apply prewash to my car. There is something wrong with this wash. I have an account in TN ,and the washes are really great. It seems they have a power, pressure, and customer service issue at this location.

a month agoFantastic wash. Sometimes there’s issues with the soap coming off but it seems they have made adjustments. No residual soap! This thing was super filthy after a trip to the river so it’s good to have her clean!in the last weekI have been consistently happy with Take 5. Eddy is great and very friendly. All vacuums up and running today and the complimentary detail center is fully stocked. Thanks!!!4 months agoWhen this place first changed ownership, the people were actually pretty enthusiastic about their work. That didn’t last very long unfortunately. It’s pretty much back to the level of service it was before changing ownership. Is it really that much to ask that the attendant actually puts a little bit of effort into scrubbing the front bumper and windshield of the vehicle before it goes through the wash? Seriously, it’s not that difficult.
Also, more often than not, some of the brushes in the wash aren’t working.
So, all in all its not bad, but like most things in America now, don’t expect excellent customer service or anything other than the bare minimum.
a year agoI used to take my 96 explorer through here and had no issues. If you have a truck or SUV with meaty tires I expect you’ll have the same experience. I came through today with my VW GTI for the first time and it shredded my wheels. Most of these pics are from a single wheel. They have signs saying they aren’t responsible for damage from aftermarket parts, but this isn’t something someone would reasonably expect of a popular car wash. I am undoubtedly never coming back with this vehicle, and will be advising my friends do the same. Edit: There was also enough tire shine left on my wheels to dirty the hell out of two microfiber cloths front and back. My tires look untouched.2 months agoThis is just my experience. Last month I went in for a wash and while inside the tunnel the wash stopped and never restarted. I along with others weren’t sure how to handle this with foam all over my truck so i drove on through and tried to reenter but the arm would not raise and NO ONE came around to check so I drove around that arm and when I entered the wash again a red headed young lady began to tell me They did not have to wash my truck! Very rude and un professional. It seemed at first the car wash was full of enthusiastic employees but now its more rude and could care less attitude. I stopped my subscription and moved to another one I like better. Employees just do not put in the effort that was the cornerstone of this carwash from the beginning. A real shame because it could be so much more!

The Ultimate Guide to Car Wash Clearances Across the US
Car washes come in a variety of sizes and designs, but most car washes have a standard clearance that accommodates the average vehicle. The clearance of a car wash refers to the height limit that a vehicle can have to pass through the wash without causing any damage to the equipment or the car itself. The standard clearance of most car washes is typically around 7 feet, which is sufficient for the majority of passenger cars and SUVs. Here are some key points about the clearance of car washes:
- The standard clearance of most car washes is around 7 feet.
- This height limit is designed to accommodate the average height of passenger cars and SUVs.
- Any vehicle that exceeds the clearance height may risk causing damage to the car wash equipment or the vehicle itself.
- Larger vehicles such as trucks, vans, and SUVs with roof racks may not fit under the standard clearance and will require a specialized car wash or manual cleaning.
- Some car washes offer higher clearances, known as “truck bays,” to accommodate larger vehicles.
- It is important for drivers to be aware of the clearance of the car wash they intend to use to avoid any potential damage.
In summary, most car washes have a standard clearance of around 7 feet to accommodate the average height of passenger cars and SUVs. Drivers with larger vehicles should be mindful of the clearance and seek alternative options if necessary to avoid any damage.

Unfortunately, I have to use this location often for work. The car wash is just OK and not really worth the price. I would not use it on my personal vehicle or be willing to use my own money at this location. I have had two oil changes at this location and both times they have forgotten to refill my washing fluid and did not reset the check engine light. I use a wex card through my job and because of that, the checkout process is like pulling teeth, having to provide my ID multiple times. Today when I stopped by for a car wash, in hopes to get a vacuum for the first time, I was informed that our account does not cover, vacuuming. Oh, well, I will go spend my money on the vacuum down the road at Shell.
I am not happy at all with the service I had this afternoon. I paid $55 for mainly a vacuum. I just purchased the car and it was already clean. I just wanted the grime taken care of. They spent less three minutes and did nothing!!! I should have done this myself. And to think they wanted over $30 extra to apply a protectant!! I don’t think I got the “best wash” as there was nothing different than the “basic wash” I don’t know about anyone else but $50 is still a lot of money to me and I feel I was just ripped off by splash car wash jfk nlrar
Thomas provided great customer service and was very helpful. He explained things thoroughly and even took the time to fix a mistake that someone else made. I would recommend Splash car wash and oil change services to anyone looking for good customer service and quality service.
Always great service! However, the technician broke a part of my glove box assembly while installing a new cabin air filter. Otherwise, it’s a great place to have simple maintenance and a great car wash.
Absolutely love Splash! I won’t go anywhere else to get my Oil changed, vehicle washed, or vehicle detailed. I’m in the car wash as I do this review.
