3 months agoStopped by Ziebart today, to see if I could get an estimate on my car to get some black scratches out. The guy came right out to my car to check it out and said he could get me in today, since they weren’t that busy! Josh did an AMAZING job on my car! All the scratches were out that were bothering me & even shined it up! Also, got all the “spider web scratches” out as well from like car washes!! He saw them and said they can also get those all out… which he did!!! So blessed haha!!!! My car and wheels were so shiny looking so good in the sun! Highly recommend going here! 2 weeks agoPlace usually does a good job for a drive through wash. I used to go through about once a week and pay the $22 each time. You can take a $1 off if you don’t want bug remover. I always use the $22. I know it doesn’t get my car perfectly clean. The rims, wheel wells, lower rocker panels, and some bugs never get clean. This time it looked as if the bugs weren’t touched. Mind you, they are suppose to use a scrub brush to help with bug removal. Which is just a quick wipe and apparently meaningless according to the manager. I went through a second time and would have thought maybe some more elbow grease would have been used to scrub my windshield, front bumper and mirrors. That did not happen. I pulled around and talked to an employee who agreed it was a poor job and said to pull through a third time. After I pulled around another employee said they would not send it through again but he could give me bug remover to do it myself. I explained I was told to come back through but he didn’t care. So blocking the lane I had to use my 3 day rain check to get through. I pulled around again to speak to a manager. The same attendant came out to talk to me that left me stuck in the line and acted like he didn’t know what the issue was. I asked again for the manager. Another scraggly looking guy came out after about 15 minutes claiming he was on a call. I explained the above. He claims one time through is it or it hurts their PSL’s with corporate. Whatever that means but I assume doesn’t look good to corporate. I explained that they could probably try scrubbing a little bit. His response was that the brushes are soft and not intended to remove bugs. I showed him a mirror and he claims they are not to touch the mirrors with the brush. This was news to me cause they put the brush over them all three times I went through. His demeanor was very rude and I will not be returning. Thank you! Photo is after the third wash.3 months agoWe paid almost $20 for a wash and the car looked great everywhere except for:-Tire shine only covered 3/4ths of our tires. It seems like something might have been wrong with it for that to have happened on all 4 tires. -There were still a ton of bugs all over the front of the car. I know those can be hard to get off, but considering two guys scrubbed the front of the car prior to the wash and we went through the wash, you would think more would come off. We barely noticed a difference after the wash.
Staff was super friendly and I am sure we will use them again, but maybe at a time when we don’t have bugs to clean off!
3 months agoPrices are high for a single wash. But a monthly ticket will cost less than two washes. Four tiers for you to choose from. Free vacation and towels to finish the job. Where I come from, they have people to Riehl the vehicles dry for a tip.4 months agoOnly automated car wash in town. 2 locations Not nearly as good as the previous owners. Looks the same as before with the exception of the dryer? Buffer thingy at the end. Still has water on the windows and windshield. Pricey5 months agoI have a membership and have to either wait or leave after waiting due to them not being able to open on time various days the last week. Today it was because the night manager didn’t come in yesterday so they couldn’t open today. The money for my membership is never late coming out but I can’t seem to be able to get what I pay for when I am able to do so.

My wife and I both have subscriptions here. We pay $20/month each for unlimited washes. When I’d wash my truck myself, I’d spend $12-14 per wash. Of course the automatic wash will never be as good as a manual wash but it certainly looks a whole lot better. Being Realtors it’s kind of a necessity to have clean cars and it’s nice having this service provided right up the street.
It is the BEST car wash I have ever been. Just moved here from Florida there’s doesn’t even compare. Thank you.
I like that they Scrub my windshield and bumper as a “prewash” but, they cheapened the wash by removing the undercarriage wash. When you go after a good snow don’t plan on having the snow/salt removed because you will be disappointed.
Employees are very friendly here. We always fill up our water 💦 jugs. They have a lot of trouble with the water machine. Sometimes you can get water sometimes you can’t. For the most part it’s a good place 🤗
Whitewater does a fantastic wash job, and the free vacuum use is definitely an added plus.
