4 months agoMy car was in dire need of a car wash and I decided to go to quick quack, I was just going to get a regular car wash but then one of the employees I believe her name was “Adriana” explained to me how much money I could be saving to keep my car clean every month and even took the time to weigh the pros and cons with me. He spoke to me about the ceramic wash, and convinced me to upgrade. I can tell you it was WORTH It. I have never seen my car shine so bright. I love the vacuums at this location because they are super strong and the lot area is always well kept and they always have towels out. Best location in ut!!a month agoAs easy as it is, I absolutely hate taking my car in for a wash but of course it one of those things you eventually have to do. Most the time you get assisted by these young kids who look miserable and the last thing they want to be doing is helping you, however When I took my car to quick quack yesterday, I was greeted by a young lady named Harmonie who actually smiled and was extremely helpful. It made my experience painless and for once I felt like I wasn’t putting anyone out for doing their job. HOW REFRESHING!a month agoThis location was okay, but it did not get my vehicle fully clean, and I didn’t have the time or confidence that another trip through would fix it. For lighter dirt, this wash would probably be fine, but dusty trails or more and a hand wash would be better. The staff was friendly and the location was clean. The entrance was somewhat tricky when using GPS directions.

2 months agoThe car wash used to be very good. There was damage to vehicle I was in. The manager stated that the problem that we reported, did not cause the problem the problem of the mirror getting ripped off of the truck. One of the spinning machines did not damage the truck mirror, even when he had to retrieve the mirror. He tried to state that the problem with the mirror was done previously. There was no signs of oxidation on the plastic. He did not call back when he said he would call me back. He has not contacted me. Use this was at your own risk.a week agoLong story short just use Quick Quack, same price with way more locations.Take 5 took paint off my bumper and the recording of my car leaving the car wash that day is “missing”. I’ve used quick quack and rocket express on the same vehicle and never had any issues.
9 months agoVery pricey and doesn’t dry properly. I had to drive the car for few minutes to get all the water off the body. I paid 10$ for a wash and that’s very costly as per Utah standards. I was in a rush and had very little time to visit other car wash as I was in that area. I won’t visit again. Car looked good after the wash though. But didn’t dry well.a month agoThe car wash was great. The service of the employees had absolutely one of the best services I’ve ever had from somebody very friendly, very appreciative we Joe 12 we’re getting things done it was it was so much fun to be in the car and get my car washed it hadn’t been washed for a long time. The customer service and policy is HORRIBLE! The car wash ripped off my side mirror. I was told I needed to talk to a manager to file an incident report and they will review the cameras to determine what they will do. They went in to the car wash to retrieve my broken pieces from my mirror. As they came back and informed me they reviewed the video and HANDED ME MY BROKEN MIRROR, per their policies they won’t do anything. The manager explained that they have a sign that explains they are not responsible for ANY DAMAGES TO ANY VEHICLES. I asked to see the sign and they showed me the sign is right after you already pay for the was in small print. LET THIS SERVE AS A WARNING! Pay the extra few dollars to go to a bigger franchise that have better customer service values!
I pay a monthly membership at Rocket Express. Back on April 30th I got a car wash (Midvale location) and during the wash I felt/heard a loud thump but did not think anything of it until I returned home I realized that my Jeep emblem was completely broken off (see attached photo). I tried calling them multiple times a day for a week to no avail. I couldn’t even leave a voicemail because their inbox was always full. I even tried contacting other locations as well but it was the same outcome. My dad ended up having to go in person for me and spoke with the general manager. He explained what had happened and was told they would reach out to me but I never heard anything. I emailed the general manager at the email he provided, but it took me sending 2 emails and then an additional email from my dad in order to get a response to which he just said they “were not able to locate the emblem” and that was it, I was not offered any other resolution. I have since emailed a couple times regarding my concerns and a quote on the cost of replacement, and even offered a cheaper solution to where they can reimburse me for the cost of a used one and I can replace it myself. Unfortunately I received no response. My dad emailed again as well and still nothing. It’s been a month and a half now with zero accountability or resolution. Very disappointing experience, especially considering I pay a monthly membership fee which I have now requested to cancel. I understand that these things can happen, I just wish they had they been willing to come up with a solution instead of dodging my emails. Just goes to show the lack of professionalism and decency.
Asked associates to assure my rear glass gets cleaned.. he said he’d get in trouble… the middle of the back glass did not get cleaned.
First off, I went to CJ’s premier car wash and let me tell you it sucked. That’s a story for a whole different review but I saw it and thought I’d try it out and regretted it. I then came to Rocket express and not only did they had great customer service their vacuums worked great and my car has never been cleaner! It was my first time using them and I am a forever customer now! Great job guys!
Hey, had a damn terrible experience at your car wash yesterday. Got there at about 8:45pm, last minute, I know, but your folks obviously were pissed at the late show. I dish out extra for the premium membership, you know. Entered the car wash, and what do I know, no frickin’ soap! Felt like it was deliberately turned off. To top it off, starts vacuuming my car, exactly at 9pm your employees kill the switch, while I’m still using it! Don’t let us in if you can’t provide the service. Been patronizing you guys since 2017, but what happened yesterday ain’t cool. Horrible customer service I must say. The ladies at work were just flat-out rude! Rating your services a big fat one-star for yesterday, a colossal let-down. 🤬
