4 months agoone of the very best car washes I have ever been to. The car came out spotless and squeeky clean. The wax coating they used was also very good and my car looked very nice. It was also very fun to go through. The price is reasonable, and they have monthly plans for unlimited car washes if you pay a monthly subscription. Overall excellent experience.3 months agoHeads up if you want to cancel: Not very pleased, be careful if you try to cancel- they have continued to charge our account for several months now, each time speak to someone they say it’s taken care of- then another bill and another charge! It’s obvious the vehicle has not been thru their wash as there will be NO record of the car since initial request to stop services was made! They owe us these months of services we’ve not used and nobody wants to offer any assistance to make this situation right!*it took 4 times requesting services to end before they finally stopped billing!!

4 months agoNice staff. Its definitely not like a good old fashioned hand washing. But 36.00 per month for unlimited washes you really cant beat that especially for maintenance. Also free vacuuming is a major savings.a month agoFriendly staff with an excellent car wash, after a night attending the Eldora Million our vehicle needed a bath before our drive home. Located just off a couple minutes from I-70 in Richmond.a year agoThis picture is after going through the car wash twice. I pay $60 a month. Apparently they have changed owners and they no longer pre spray your car so they couldn’t get off the dirt and now they can’t even clean my mats because they took out the manual sprayers. They also had rollers that where not working at all during the wash ether. Also now at the end they don’t even dry your windshield or mirrors. Yet I’m still paying the same $60 a month for way less cleaning. After this I had to go to another car wash to properly wash my truck. Not cool. I will be canceling my membership.

3 months agoGot the pine tar and oak sap off and paint looks great plus windows are very clean.a year agoI called this location to make sure they could accommodate a bigger truck. They informed me it could be done. I got there and was greeted by the gentleman I spoke with on the phone. He saw where someone had victimized my vehicle with eggs. 🤣Before I went into the wash, he and the other gentleman made sure to get the egg off before they sent me in. They went absolutely above and beyond for me. I am grateful for them and their service.3 weeks agoI like it. Staff are always friendly and ready to help if there is any sort of problem.a year agoWe took my truck through the wash about 10 minutes ago (5:40 on 5/23/22) and the cycle only ran about half way. I honked my horn while sitting in the bay and nobody came out. I went back in the line and expressed my dissatisfaction. They rewashed my truck (complete cycle), and it came out better than the first time. Do NOT use these people!a year agoYou never know when they’ll actually open. I drove by today at 7:40 (supposed to open at 7) and both lanes were closed; meaning they had cones in front of them. I had to turned around in the ackward lot and turn right because of traffic.Also, the back of my truck is usually still fairly dirty after the wash, but I’ve given up going back around each time. It’s a hassle. It’s not worth $9/wash

I really appreciate the customer service. I wish there was a prewash offered, but I understand the business model of a modified self serve that seeks to be efficient and relatively inexpensive. You get what you pay for.. If you expect a hand wash and wax, you should probably go ahead and pay for a detail at a detail shop.. I love the fact I can go through daily, vacuum when I need to, and even get an air freshener with each visit if I need one
Great car wash! Excellent service, great value, the car & pick up truck is clean every time. Everyone in Richmond , IN and surrounding communities should support this business.
Very poor business model.Feels like they want to drive away customers. First advertised as $27.99 for full service wash and vacuum. Then 2 months later increase to $36.99 for the same. This is understandable considering price increases for everything else. But then charging $4 a month after a couple weeks to provide a towel service which does not even include them drying your car and you only get one towel. It will barely be able to dry one wheel of your car. For $41 You’re rather of washing your car at home with the power wash and buy a all-inclusive kit for interior and exterior detail for $20 on Amazon and buy yourself brand new pack of 20 towels for $5.
I got the $18 wash and it did a pretty good job! Plus there is free vacuuming here, love that 😁
