Hit all kind of buttons before getting help. Windshield wiper came on and tore up in wash. Told manager whom was very rude and blamed me. Wipers initially was manually turned off. Manager said he would replace it but he do not carry Mercedes parts. I just paid for the wash and left.in the last weekWill is the absolute best- always there to fix any issues that may arise. Always has a smile on his face. Always speaks. 8 months agoMy car was covered in salt from winter driving. My sister recommended Sam’s. I opted for the internal external wash and bought rain’x and tire shine for a grand total of $32. This was well worth the price. The car was was is automated and it really cleaned my car. The interior was hand cleaned. They even hand dried my car. And they guarantee to rewash within 48 hours if your car gets dirty. I am very pleased with the final results. These folks worked really hard in 29 degree weather to get my car perfect. The employees who worked on the car were thorough and did an excellent job on it. I’m not sure it was this clean when I purchased it new. Well maintained and friendly staff that is always willing to help. I have a pass for unlimited washes, and I come a couple times a week because I like my car clean lol. The only feedback I have is I’m not sure if the wheel/tire clean and shine is automatic, or upon request only, but I would like mine done every time considering I do have a membership. There have been times that I’ve gone through and my wheels/tires weren’t serviced by the machine. Makes a difference when they are, otherwise keep up the good work!
This was my first time here and I am very impressed with the overall quality of the wash. Better yet this specific employee here, his name is Alex gave top tier customer service. If I never need a wash I wont hesitate to comeback.
I had an embarrassing moment that s week after going through the carwash with my truck. It’s a 2014 and while wiping down the interior I apparently locked myself out of my truck which is a first since the fob normally won’t let that happen. My phone and purse were in there of course. The guys inside were extremely helpful and let me use the office phone and there personal phone to text. They wanted to do more if they could. Anyway the employees at this location are amazing and go above and beyond! Thank you all so much!
