6 months agoBest UPS store ever! As a small business owner it is important that I believe in the store handling my packages; Eddie and the team do just that. In two weeks over 400 packages have been handled by the store and not a single complaint whatsoever. Every time I come for my mail or packages, it’s never a wait when I come and most times they see me they remember my box number. The staff, Jorge, Tray, and Kim. I’m not sure if she works there, are amazing. I can’t remember the names of the other two guys who work here but they’re great also. I enjoy the brief moments at this location and probably won’t be leaving anytime soon.3 months agoThis is the best UPS Store. The customer service is exceptional. Speedy and friendly experience. I went to drop a couple packages off mid-day and when I got there, the line was to the door. It took me less than 3 minutes to be helped. They operated efficiently and the man who helped me was patient and very friendly, which is not the experience I’ve always had at UPS. Thank you!
Shivam is always very pleasant and helpful as are all of the associates I encounter. I ship packages 3 times a week for my personal small business as well as my wife’s resell business and always have a quick in and out even when the line is out the door. This location is a little further than the one closest to my house but I still drive the extra few minutes for the reliable service this location provides.
This is my go to UPS store! I’m an Amazon addict and the employees at this branch always assist me with my many returns in a quick and efficient manner. Even if the line is out the door, I still manage to get in and out within ten minutes or less. They’re always friendly and patient regardless of how many returns I have or how long it takes me. Very grateful to have them close to home!
Have stopped by many times for a variety of things. Always courteous service. Yesterday I popped in to print, laminate & cut a few pages. The staff and management were a huge help and allowed me to shave some time off of me attempting to do it alone. I will definitely return & recommend.
I had the exact item for AMAZON return that needed to be boxed. AMAZON has prepaid the shipping. I paid $8.00 at a different UPS store and they wanted to charge me $35.00 for a box only.

That’s why you got 1 star. Who pays $35.00 for a 24″x18″x6″ box? U-haul will give you a stack of moving boxes for less than that. Absolutely ludicrous.
