a month agoWent to mail a package and was told i had to buy a 2 dollar bag to ship said box. Never have i had to buy a bag for a package. Ive have shipped several hundreds of packages for my business. Just moved to this area and i wont be back at this location bc of the rudeness from employees and being told thats how we do it here and were a franchise, we dont have to follow ups rules. Im baffled.4 months agoThey need to find someone who is willing to work hard. This guy doesn’t even want to type a tracking number into the system because his scanner doesn’t work. When asked him oh no it doesn’t work either. I went to an other store done. The employee has his hands in pockets cold. As I’m telling the workers what I need to do and thinking of the other thing I needed to do one of the ladies is giving me this weird look shaking her head. Then the other lady says well we close in 10 minutes and I need to get my kids from daycare so make it fast. That was rude to try to rush me over a personal concern. You’re at work just because the store closes at 6 30 doesn’t mean you leave at 6 30pm.

This store should be closed to be deep cleaned. I do NOT think any staff member including the owner has every vacuumed or wiped down any parts of the store. In a post pandemic world it would be nice to feel you do NOT need a shower after being in any store. Good luck folks. He replies with misleading information. Again nobody there makes any effort to clean and reading the reviews I found out I am not the only one who thinks this.
Paid over $5 for 12 pages to be printed. They added a double sided print transaction and I didn’t even have double sided print. Total rip off. And what was with the Best Buy receipt paper at a UPS store???
UPDATE: Contacted them after the store responded to my review, no response back for over a month so I’m assuming management condones their employees stealing packages. It’s just for them to save face
If you’re returning anything of value, do not go to this UPS store. I returned two shoes, one from Nike and one from a no name brand. Same day, same person, literally the same time. My package from Nike mysteriously got lost in the mail yet my no name brand shoes made it back to the sender. It’s not worth it, go to a UPS store in a better neighborhood to avoid the drama.
We needed a few things done. The store was packed with only 1
customer service person, Jeff.
With phones and customers Jeff was wonderful customer service. He was professional, energetic, and calm. I wanted to tell his manager but couldn’t catch up with him. So if you want great service go to the Buckley UPS.

Called to see if I could get documents notarized. I was told the notary would be there in 10 minutes. Got there and was told the employee was out for a medical emergency. Really? That came up in the 30 minutes since I called? He didn’t even sound believable. Why can’t anyone be responsible for working anymore? It’s like the customer’s time is no longer valuable.
