  We have been using this UPS store for over a year and cannot think of a single time that we have had a bad experience with any of the staff. They are all helpful and friendly and take the time to answer questions and helped us find the best solution for whatever shipping beds we had. Even on days when you have to wait a little longer in line, they take their time with each customer to offer excellent service.

  Outstanding service! You can’t assume all UPS Stores are the same, and this store is clearly a standout. I typically visit the S. Congress store and dread the thought of entering the building. The people working at the S. Lamar store actually treat their customers with respect and want to help. Again, thank you for being great at what you do!
