They are all helpful and friendly and take the time to answer questions and helped us find the best solution for whatever shipping beds we had. I scanned my drop offs at the new kiosks with the help of Andrew. This location has quickly become my go to spot for returns and shipping . The staff are always so nice, and I can’t thank them enough. hopefully they’ll be able to get a break with the new machines.
I was politely greeted with haste, and was in and out in 10 minutes or less. The service was perfect and cheap, and they guided me through everything in simple enough terms for me to understand. Definitely coming back once I need to ship more items!
Not only did they give me stickers for my son, just because:) but I probably come to this UPS location about once a week and I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than two minutes to get help and I am out the door in five or less. Everyone is always super friendly and service is very fast! I would go out of my way if I had to, to drive to this location just because of the customer service! I always leave just feeling happy:)
