  This location gets very busy but I’m excited to have worked with Pam. She was very informative and friendly. I wasn’t initially having the best package experience but she reassured me, making me realize why they have certain steps and procedures.   I’ll never go here again. I used the self-service printer to print 2 black and white documents. Just regular black and white on basic paper. When I checked out I was told it was $5 for two sheets of paper. I couldn’t believe it. I shouldn’t have assumed it was closer to 30 cents or so per printed sheet. It’s 21 cents at Staples, so I’ll go back to giving them my business. What a ripoff. I’m going to file formal complaints because this is not right.

  This place is hit or miss. Many of the younger kids are nice, but there is one older white guy who is a real peach. When my label didn’t scan, he suggested that I return home and print it again. Really? Two 48″ by 24″ 70lbs packages and I’ll just go run home and print them again. How about typing in the numbers on the label?? He also was kind enough to take the women behind me in line before waiting on me. GREAT experience.

  This place won’t scan or give receipts for USPS packages. Every other UPS store I’ve been to does this, but not this place.

  Didn’t help that the employee with the goatee acted like I was crazy for even asking for a receipt.

  This place is amazing. Great owner, so much help. The local USPS location is a nightmare, would not ship a package to New Zealand at all. Went here and they shipped it via USPS because they chose the right type of shipping. No customs form to fill out, no eye rolling, just competent people. They also helped people who were waiting in line. Support this local small business.
