Had VINTAGE framed artwork shipped to my home while I was in Boston. Received the package today and the frame is destroyed! Glass and frame broken. Paid over $100 for shipping! These are vintage pieces that CAN NOT BE REPLACED! This is so unacceptable! I would not recommend you send anything with this location.
Update: It’s been 10 days since filing my claim and sending all photos that were required and I have not received a follow up. I called the store and the female who answered the phone, after me explaining what I was calling for told me the manager Bijal isn’t available and when he does come in he’s gonna be busy! The most unprofessional UPS service I have ever dealt with!! My next step is to take it up with corporate. Don’t waste your time with this place!
Outstanding service! I called ahead today to get a +100 page doc printed and couldn’t figure out how to print double sided and the guy walked me through the process over the phone after attending to a customer. When I went to go pick it up it was perfect.
At the same time, I also had to return 10 amazon orders and they were so patient as I pulled up each package and its QR code. I was there for over 30min to get a few affairs in order but they were non-stop attending customers in a very efficient and professional way.
I am beyond impressed with the level of service I received and witnessed for all customers.
I’m one of the lucky ones – I lost my laptops while traveling and remembered having it at TSA when I was busy trying to get to a flight. They had it in their lost & found and had this UPS store ship it back to me. The UPS Store did an Amazing job packaging it and shipping it so that my laptops arrived safe & sound. Thank you!!! I’m very grateful you helped me to get them back.
I placed a printing order online to save me time. That was a mistake – they printed four copies of the first page of my document instead of the whole document. And on the wrong paper! I asked them to reprint and the needed me to resend the document (even though they had it in their system). Luckily, I had my laptop and asked them for wifi. I attempted to connect to the wifi, but it didn’t work. At this point they accessed my document through their system and printed it. I paid $6 for the printing, which I expected, but at the last second the cashier added a $2 for ‘computer use.’ I DID NOT USE A COMPUTER AND THE WIFI I ATTEMPTED TO USE DID NOT WORK. Stay away from this place if you have printing needs – they will nickel and dime you. Only god knows why they so desperately needed my $2 that they charged me to attempt to access their wifi from my personal computer. Yikes.
I love going to this UPS. They are the best. I fall victim to over spending on Amazon. I make 10 purchases, and end up returning 9 of them. Here at this UPS, they don’t make you feel bad about it. They are super helpful and I’m in and out quickly. Because of how friendly and fast they are, I just stopped going to the post office for my shipping needs and instead go to the UPS and knock out my shipping while I’m returning 5 million items I shouldn’t have bought on Amazon in the first place. So whether you want to return your Amazon items, or you live in Revere like me and don’t want to go to that lame excuse for a post office (yeah the one with the lady with the sign that literally says to take off your mask because she needs to lip read you-can’t make this stuff up), go to the UPS in East Boston. They’ll take care of ya!
