3 months agoWent in to return a package the first time, didn’t have a shipping label printed and an older lady steered me away from the desk saying “you need to have a label printed for return” when last I went in I was offered a print for charge. Came back with my wife after realizing she could have offered me a print. The lady began to give me attitude. Saying “how did I know he didn’t have a printer back at home? How am I suppose to know? Huh?” Giving us completely rude service. Manager came around and also gave us issue after trying to ask the question to him, he took his co workers side. Good on him granted he acted ruder then her. Saying “I’ll have you removed if you keep giving me attitude”. How…and or why did I get attitude? We are a young couple and they both thought they could down talk to my wife as they pleased because they’re old enough to be our grandparents.6 months agoThe store profits off of using UPS, and being affiliated. When problems arise, and you question codes of ethics, the owner of the store, states the difference, that they are a franchise and not actually UPS. BUT, “The UPS Store”. When I questioned the owner about ridiculous late fees, when you pay for a monthly box, she stated that she has to pay her employees.GREAT! You pay your employees through extortion money.

8 months agoWe have been a customer here for years. We use it as a mail box and our US receiving and shipping location. These guys have always been amazing. What finally prompted this review is how happy our customers are with their packing and shipping service. We bring our fragile items here and they make sure they arrive to their destination in perfect shape and on time. Thanks guys!9 months agoI’ve said this before but the manager is rude. I even had to service her before at the toy store up the street when it wasn’t closed down, and she was rude then. I just wanted to know when my packaged wouldn’t be in limbo anymore and all she kept saying is “This is the store” as if I’m not competent enough to understand that because that is where my package was dropped off and has been sitting ever since for the last 5 days even though 3 day shipping was paid for. I even told her I understand there was a storm, I just wanted to know if she knew how much longer it would be til things got moving again.7 months agoBad business model- charged me tons for receiving and storing small parcels when I have a mailbox there. Also lost one of the parcels. I have previously rented USPS po boxes and never paid anything extra for storage. I mean why do we need to rent po box and also pay for storage? Horrible – I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

On April 1st 2023, a UPS driver picked up my package that I put out for a requested pickup. I have proof via my ring doorbell. Now that’s it’s April 5th 2023, the package is still not scanned into the UPS tracking system. When I call UPS they give me the run around say they can’t do anything at the moment because it’s not scanned in the system. I get that you’d want proof, well I have it from my ring door bell. Still not good enough. The level of service lately with all delivery services is sub par. There needs to be a change in leadership/management to bring back good ole customer service principles.
What’s that the love about UPS? It’s like Christmas 365 days a year. But I’ll joking aside. They are one of the best delivery companies around. I think they created the word logistics.

If you want to send something and never have it make it here make sure it hits UPS in Buffalo. Told Thursdays deliver. Didn’t move for 2 days. Then showed up Damaged on Friday. Then say all weekend. Then on Monday it was marked out for delivery. Driver lied and marked package attempted delivery. Then Tuesday it gets “sorted” to a different facility. Customer service was no help.
I tried online and over the phone MULTIPLE times to try to send a request to pick up my package so I would get it on time because of delays, the instructions are NOT clear what so ever and I could not get through on the phone to a real person to situate this out. I’m extremely upset and unhappy with the service from UPS and will now have to go without my items that I specifically ordered for an upcoming trip that I am now leaving for tomorrow. Don’t waste your time with UPS.
