4 months agoMy package arrived broken & the head was busted on its arrival to its destination. It wasn’t packaged as the guys said they would when I dropped it off. I wont use them again. I only gave a 1 star because it arrived when they said it would. This could really hurt my efforts doing one of a kind custom craft items. UPDATE: I have since received a refund from UPS of which is important to be acknowledged & compensated though I am still concerned as to how it could have busted. It had to be forced somehow. I appreciate that my unfortunate damage was addressed I am still unsure how to proceed with large items, however will resume sending my smaller items such as my wands. Therefore I upgraded my star status to a 4 until I feel totally confident again.2 months agoI love this particular store, so much so that I will drive out of my way to use their services . They are always super nice and so helpful. They help me figure out , whatever I am working, without judgment. I have never been disappointed here .in the last weekEthan was amazing! So helpful with my Amazon return. Best service for shipping!!7 months agoI don’t use this UPS much but I wanted to call out Joe at this location, great and fast customer service! I had some returns and printed the QR codes too big to scan, & he handled the issue like it wasn’t even a problem.3 months agoGreat service with good prices. This is actually a really good UPS. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If I had to give a critique, I would say that some of the employees could be a bit friendlier. Overall, all of my experiences have been positive (over the last 10 years).
Had to print a shipping label and mail. Employee was very helpful and assisted me quickly as I didn’t know how. Very pleased with service
This store is horrible. I left there wondering if my package would get there in one price. I was using the package that I received from the SHEIN store online because their policy is that you return it in the same package. It was open and the young boy who received my package at UPS, didn’t even seal the opening of the package, just printed out the label, folded the top and put label over fold. How TACKY, and that was it. It was not sealed properly. And when I asked him about the old label because he did not place the new label over the old one, will they know which label is correct, he said yes. Disgusting. UPS, you are responsible if my package don’t get there sealed securely with my 4 items. These young people now a days don’t have any kind of work ethic. It’s like they just don’t care.
This store is very efficient and their process minimizes the inconvenience for the customers. I was third in line, watching as the staff cared for those sending parcels with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. The busy staff members were invariably courteous and pleasant despite the pressure of the rapid pace. This store is top notch which is what makes it my first choice.
The manager was extremely helpful and professional with a unique overnight delievery and printing a prepay overnight shipping label I had to include with my package. It was a new request that he handled and advised professionally.
