a week agoThis UPS location is the best one yet, and customer service is amazing. It is ran by an amazing staff and I would recommend everyone to come to this one if you need any help from UPS in general. Mykela, Rebecca & Mya all were more than amazing and made the establishment feel pleased with they left for what was need by them.in the last weekMykela helped me out today and provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. She definitely exceeded my expectations, and was very familiar with Amazon returns and the returning process based on her own personal experience as well as her training provided by UPS. My tracking number wouldn’t print so she took the time to write it down herself. She went above and beyond. I had a great experience and will definitely be back.a week agoMya was such a big help with my first time experience sending off a package! She was definitely patient with me every step of the way that was a plus for me. Her calm, patient and respectful manner shows she will go along way in the customer service field :). ***Unlike her co worker (David Alex) who continued to rush me, and did not provide satisfactory help. I was having Issues with printing my label and emailing to the store to print & instead of printing my return label he hurried and wrote (illegibly) the return numbers with a black marker on the side of the box. Smh 🤦🏽♀️ Finally after suggesting that he fix the written number 7, he then sent my emailed return label to the printer and attached it to my return box. Although I was rushed by David, I would like to send Thanks to UPS for all of your help.

Mike and Pam at the Woodbridge customer center location were so incredibly kind and understanding, and most of all, helpful, as I was desperately trying to track down a package I needed before boarding a 5 a.m. flight the next day. They tracked the package to the driver/truck and said I could wait until the driver returned at the close of their shift. They were so thoughtful, caring and truly helped me in a vulnerable, difficult time. I’m very grateful.
A driver stole my package! Ordered an iPhone 14 from tmobile and had been waiting on my package since Monday. It was supposedly out for delivery and it never showed up. I have ring cameras on front and side of home. My mother sat by the door until I got home from work and then I sat until 10pm. It never arrived! It took until Wednesday for tmobile to believe me saying that it was missing and having proof from the CSR at this location of it being out for delivery and not returning back to the facility. I paid a $6 hold at facility fee and they can’t find my package. I need compensation from both UPS and Tmobile for this manner. And they are just dragging their feet.
Is not on the main road so it’s almost hidden, road is terrible to the store.
for a 400 dollar package, they “lost” a commercial invoice and returning the package to sender to avoid a refund because it wasnt getting here on time. Now I wonder if they will “lose” my package. No communication from ups either
They don’t take packages with QR code.
