5 months agoPlease teach your staff customer service skills not only do they not greet the customers who give your organization their service but them a job. They seem completely bothered and annoyed to help customers. This goes specifically to your staff Cristy and the girl with the heavy makeup and nose piercing they lack complete customer service skills or manners at that. Management you need to step up and address your staff weaknesses.5 months agoi went to this location to ship a few items to my family, I’m new at this so Cristy helped me out. Cristy was so attentive as well as the other two workers there. The ladies that work there have always been very attentive of me and my mail, whether it’s a simple letter or big packages. I received the best customer service IN MY LIFE by a girl named Rebecca, I think she is the one in charge helping multiple people flawlessly all at once.
She was so helpful, went beyond her duties to help me out with everything needed, made my life SO easy. Angel of an employee will go back and recommend this location to all my friends. That young woman is pure gold make sure to ask for her when stopping by!
I have been this UPS since it open in 1998. Service is the best I have experienced. I have made my living for over 30 years, traveling 21 Days out of 30 Days in the month. I would not have been able to succeed in my business without the special attention these store owners give to their customers personally. They understand that they have to be our very best support and they do it every day for each of their customers.
I have been a customer with this UPS Store since March of 2003. During that time, they have provided not only excellent and courteous service for all of my business shipping needs, but the staff have always gone out of their way to ensure that all my issues were addressed and resolved in a timely manner. One of the best local businesses in El Paso that I have had the pleasure to be associated with.
