3 months agoHad an issue with a package unknowingly needing a signature so delivery attempts were unsuccessful, attempted to pick up at the access point they left me but the access point never had a package for me, their 1800 number is automated and impossible to talk with a live person, I went in person to both the Coventry location and the Independence Dr location (since the Coventry location told me to just stop in at the Independence Dr location to pick up my package), when I went to the Independence Dr location they said I would need to contact customer service or wait another business day before my package could be dropped off at the access point but that I couldn’t pick it up there. All I’ve been asking this whole time is for someone to verify that the package will be dropped off at the access point and not returned to sender like the online tracker says. I attempted to sign the liability waiver on the slip they left me on my door but they wrote me a note that said they wouldn’t accept that. No one seems to know what is happening or where packages are or how their own process works meanwhile I’m trying to keep a very sentimental item from getting returned to sender and possibly discarded. Literally the worst service I’ve ever had.a year agoThe staff is very quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had an Amazon return package in which I had a barcode for. They quickly scanned it, printed a label, gave me a receipt, and sent me on my way! They also have a selection of packaging supplies available for sale. Very pleased with my experience with this UPS Store location.4 years agoThis is my first visit to this location. I’d have to say, the customer service was top notch! Very friendly, fast service.This store offers all the typical offerings for every other UPS Store out there. They sell mailing and shipping supplies. They also have a limited copy center.
3 months agoChristine Jones the owner of the store was short and absolutely no help in helping answer questions or assisting with return. She lack personality and had smugness with return of packages. Will never use the store again. Absolutely worthless.2 months agoThis Jefferson store charges for printing receipts and bags for Amazon returns. The Dupont location does not. Caveat emptor.

My daughter went to pick up her package after they told her it was ready to pick up only for them to say it was on a truck and wouldn’t be available to pick up for 30 more minutes. That was after they had her waiting for 15 min before telling her that. So a total wait time of an hour because it had to get taken off the truck so that was 15 min more waiting. Why tell her she can pick it up in the first place? They need to figure this stuff out better.

Delivery driver rang my doorbell and immediately got in his truck. I have the video. They’re going to return my package because he couldn’t wait 15 seconds for me to get to the door.
Just very slow at getting anything done. Staff is friendly it’s just they put all the work on one staff member.
