Store employee took both packages that use single label. Employee said your only option is to buy our stores tape and tape them together. If you leave and use your own tape, since I printed your label. I will void your label causing you to request a new label be provided. Sounds off to me. Thanks UPS employee

Had a great experience. We were in an out within a minute to return a package. No line close to closing. Staff was professional and friendly.

    DON’T USE IF PRINTING

Poor communication on availability and timeline on a simple print job. Looking at other reviews it looks like this is pretty common.

I waited 15 minutes in the store to be helped, as they put package drop offs as a higher priority. Once I was helped and I paid for the product, they told me it would be another 30 minutes before the job was complete. I waited in my car, called after 30 minutes, and was told it would be another hour.

I don’t appreciate the lack of communication on timeline, as I would have not brought my kids to wait with me or even picked this store if I knew I had to pay, wait an hour and a half and then pick it up.

That’s because I have benign positional vertigo, which means driving is a huge trigger for me and I am careful and have to plan when I drive. Unfortunately, I had to return home as my kids needed to use the restroom (again, wouldn’t have brought them with me if I knew how long it was going to take).

Why didn’t I just pay over the phone? Well, I asked. They said they couldn’t do it. I honestly tried to plan for every contingency but I did not plan for printing jobs to take such a long time and being treated this way.

I worked at a print shop for 3 years, it should have taken maybe 25 minutes, and if they knew it was going to take longer or that policy dictates package drop offs are a higher priority than they could have communicated that to me sooner.

Not to mention the price quoted over the phone and what I ended up paying were quite different.

Overall, not going back to this store again. It’s very apparent that small businesses treat you like a human being and a franchise of a large corporation does not.

(I did try to use the mom+pop shop I normally go to, but they didn’t have the right binding machine I needed)

UPDATE: I missed the call to come pick it up, and when I immediately called back the associate who answered (without checking with anyone else) and said my print job would be another 20 minutes… Even though I’m reading the voicemail that’s auto-transcribing and saying it’s completed.

It’s really frustrating dealing with employees who outright lie to customers. I’ve lost the little trust I had left in this location.

I had a large shipment of misc items and the girl who helped me was great . She measured boxes and tried different things to give me best price for shipping. I really appreciated the great customer service.

UPS Store Fresno CA: Rules, Do’s and Don’ts You Need to Know

When shipping a package using UPS Store, there are certain rules and guidelines that need to be followed to ensure a smooth and successful delivery. Here are some important do’s and don’ts to keep in mind:

  • Do package your item properly: Use appropriate packaging materials, such as bubble wrap or packing peanuts, to ensure your item is protected during transit. Make sure the package is securely sealed with strong packing tape.
  • Do provide accurate and complete address information: Double-check the recipient’s name, full street address, city, state, and ZIP code. Any errors or missing information may delay or prevent delivery.
  • Do use tracking services: Take advantage of UPS’s tracking services to keep an eye on your package’s progress. This can give you peace of mind and allow you to plan for the delivery accordingly.
  • Don’t ship prohibited items: UPS has a list of items that are not allowed for shipment, such as hazardous materials, firearms, and perishable goods. Make sure your package does not contain any prohibited items to avoid delays or penalties.
  • Don’t underestimate package weight and dimensions: Accurately measure and weigh your package before shipping. UPS uses weight and size to determine shipping costs, so any discrepancies can result in additional charges.
  • Don’t forget to include a return address: Always provide a return address on your package. This ensures that the package can be returned to you in case of any delivery issues or if the recipient is unavailable.

By following these rules and guidelines, you can help ensure that your package is shipped smoothly and arrives at its destination in a timely manner.

  1. I order a very expensive handbag and it was supposed to be delivered today and when I checked it said it was delivered at my door at 2:19. I know for a fact no one came to my door. For one I have two cameras one a ring camera and the other a camera facing the street area and it always goes off when a car goes by and no UPS truck came near my place. So that leaves me to believe the driver of that route stole my package. Kinda pathetic you employ such untrustworthy people. And yes I filed a claim and contacted my credit card as well. Also am planning on filing charges because of the amount.

  2. The workers here are very helpful. I was greatly impressed with them. They all had smiles on their faces. This place is where to go for your shipping needs.I was able to do what I need and get in and out very fast.

  3. with all of the shipping options that are available the real question is why WOULD you pick UPS. UPS is both intentionally deceptive and incompetent unilaterally. i have documented proof that they are lying to their customers and are intentionally fraudulent. i had a package that was supposed to be delivered on the 1st, it is now the 1st of the following month and i still don’t have it. customer service will lie to you because they do not know what they are doing. every time i call their customer service center they give me another answer. UPS cannot figure out how to do the basic operations of a business: they cannot deliver packages, the cannot be trusted with customer service and they cannot perform basic communication. UPS are frauds, liers and they cant be trusted to do business with. go with ANY OTHER COMPANY because if you ship with UPS you will be paying for their incompetence it and dealing with them for them far beyond the expected delivery date.

  4. I been waiting for them to pick up a package. Everyday they been lying saying attempted delivery. I gave them the gate code 2x and they still has not came. Manager states they will come again it’s final. I been home everyday and they has my number. They have not showed up. Poor service. Some drivers are lazy!!

  5. I provide them a nice package drop box for them to deliver packages in and the guy yesterday did not place the package in there. Instead he leaves it out in the open in the most visible location, you’d think he’s working with our local porch pirates.
