a week agoDonald is AMAZING!!! I went to the USPS post office and they didn’t help me at all and didn’t have any of the supplies I needed to ship a telescope. Not only did Donald take the time to help me pack and cut down a box to make it more affordable to ship, he was so patient, kind, and helpful through the whole process. Thank you UPS! I watched him give care to an elderly women who seemed overwhelmed by the amount of documents she was mailing out. Felix was very kind and patient with her! Kudos to the staff here. I came in yesterday to mail a Christmas package. The line was quite long and yet it moved quickly. The staff was upbeat, friendly and helpful even though the store was crowded and it’s a stressful time of year. And how fun that they made this cute snowman out of boxes!
I have been a customer for over 20 years. Jay and the crew are amazing…especially Jay! He goes above and beyond to take care of our needs! Hehas become a friend above things.
I want to thank Karsen and Abi so much for all the their help getting a precious, unreplaceable item to Hawaii for our first granddaughter. Everyone who works there is SO SO helpful. I only use this store because they are wonderful!! Thank you al.
After seeking a reliable shipping method to send an antique chair across country, I drove several miles to this UPS. After the store manager, Jay, provided shipping information, and a reasonable quote, he and his team members, Tara, Mike and Remy, worked together to carefully pack and ship the family heirloom. They were upbeat, friendly and appeared to really care about the safe and secure delivery of the chair. I was notified by the recipient that the chair arrived intact without a scratch. It was so reassuring to have located a professional and caring team, that I recently requested the same crew to pack and ship another family heirloom to a museum! Thank you Jay, Tara, Mike and Remy. I could not be happier with selecting the UPS at Val Vista and Elliot!
Everyone at this store is friendly and very helpful. I’m greeted when I come in by name, and they get my packages quickly.
I really like the convenience this store offers to receive my packages. I don’t have to worry about them getting nicked if they are delivered to my home or sitting out in the hot sun in some box waiting for me to retrieve them.
The great thing is they accept packages from every shipper.
