I love going to this store. The employees are pleasant and very helpful. Today I had the pleasure of Rena assisting me with my heavy boxes and opening the door for me. She was very courteous and explained every step of the process to ensure I understood. Her excellent customers service should be praised.
I have been to this site many times. I truly am very pleased with the courtesy, professionalism and efficient this staff has always been. We walked into the Harker Heights UPS and were greeted with Exceptional Customer Service! Made a quick stop at UPS and Rena greeted us, completed our return all with a smile and kindness! Simple gestures, like offering to throw away some extra stickers and patient while I organized my return. It wasn’t so much what she said more so how she said it. In just a few minutes, I gathered that Rena is a genuinely nice person at the core who really just wanted to help and make the process as easy as possible. Thank you for making my day!
