a month agoEvery time I do my Amazon returns or personal items to send, all of their staff are very accommodating and friendly. Also, today when I printed a document for the novena of our Friend’s mother who recently past away. Michael, I believe the manager of this store extends his condolences as well as one of his staff. He also gave me a book of scriptures “The Visitor’s Friend” is a simple and effective collection of scriptures you can read aloud during your visit.This act of compassion is very rare these days, high praises to this man.
2 weeks agoJust had an Amazon drop off (free) but the person that helped me was vibin with the lady front of me then had a great sense of humor with me. Was in there maybe 90 seconds and walked out in a better mood. Nice 😎2 months agoCame in for the first time to get a card shipped and was helped by two associates, Joe and Tyler. They were both incredibly friendly and helpful, and made sure that my package made it out safely. They were both knowledgeable and had great customer service. Much appreciation and thanks to both of them, and I’ll for sure be coming back next time I need to ship anything.3 months agoThey shipped to Dominican Republic expedited. Shipment never arrived. No refund or store credit was given. Do not come here, they are not UPS. Simply independently owned and small business. Better to skip this and go to Real UPS facility.4 months agoThe customer service was very good, but I have to complain the notary. The guy needs to be more professional and detail oriented. He forgot to put a date on my document and my document got returned by the state of secretary. I wasted time and money and had to go to downtown one more time because of him. And I didn’t get a sorry from him.
