    The ladies who work here and all of the new associates consistently deliver BEYOND EXCELLENT service. Always greeting you, always kind & beyond efficient even during prime times. Every year now, every holiday season & every busy time of the day… they still deliver exceptional service. I always try to ship via here thanks to them.

    The store representative was so nice and store is well organized. Drop-off here in minutes with acknowledgment, no heavy rush and very good parking spots

    Rarely spend more than 3 minutes here when I go to drop off an Amazon return. Plethora of parking as well. Some employees nicer than others but no one ever gave me an attitude.

    They are very UNPROFESSIONAL. I am currently deployed and a package was delivered to this location. I call to see if I was able to have someone else pick it up for me which they said I could. They said they would give me a call when the person got there. Then they told him he had to call me which he did. Then told him to tell me to call them. Like get it together. When the person got there he waited around for 5 minutes before having to ask for help. The lady at the front desk was talking to another customer about houses and everything else that had nothing to do with packages. She was rude when the person asked for some help. She called someone else over to help so she could continue on with her conversation. Then someone else came over to help and was also rude. If I could give zero stars I would because of the customer service and the unnecessary attitude.

    I had a package delivered to this location that was allegedly perhaps stolen by one of the workers. I always have packages delivered here so this came as a surprise, I also have seen several new faces being that it’s the holidays but that’s neither here nor there. The package was delivered on 12/14/2022 which was signed by the manager Jackie. I then called shortly after to confirm that the package was received and Jackie agreed. I came to the location on 12/15/2022 and the package was nowhere to be found. The odd thing is I already had a package that sat there since 12/12 but I guess the contents were less desirable so that one remained untouched. I reached back out to the carrier that delivered the package and they 100 percent confirmed that the package was delivered & I also have proof that it was signed for . Nothing has been done & I still have no package. I don’t appreciate being potentially stolen from and this issue needs to be looked into thoroughly, may that mean cameras being pulled and I also will be filing a complaint both verbal as well as written with the corporate offices and I have already filed a BBB complaint. This will reach the highest level that it possibly can and my package will be returned. I think this is very distasteful and unbelievable that someone within that office is potentially stealing and not having any consequences taken upon them .

    UPDATE*** I returned to the store and made the owner aware that I would be filing a police report and then all of a sudden the box showed up.Thanks to the staff for finding my package , I definitely appreciate you all. We don’t even have to mention that the box was tampered with because of course, that’s a mystery as well . The owner asked me to delete the review and I will not as this was my experience. The owner is also saying that I accused the staff of stealing because they are “brown” people. I understand that she is projecting and is holding on to the thought process of a baby boomer. She does not know me whatsoever, race shouldn’t even be mentioned as it is not a factor. I am as pro black as it gets . You should stop assuming that people are accusing people of things based on their background, race or ethnicity that’s distasteful of you and shows how you view your employees , Happy Holidays .

    This is the best UPS store I have been to. Over time I have gotten to know a few names here Sowaya and Henry. This store is incredibly well run and managed. The team is all great ; everyone of them is crème de la crème. Efficient, hard working, courteous and professional, I am exceedingly impressed. This team brings excellency to UPS. It is no doubt an asset. 👍👍👍👍👍

  2. Choosing this store location couldn’t have been a better decision. I needed to send gifts back home to family in England and the associate named Karla was kind, sweet, and so patient with me throughout the process. Her customer service was beyond exemplary!

  3. Every time I have been there to return a box one of the staff would come up with an excuse not to take it in, it’s not labeled, the box is so big, the box is so small, it’s not secured,…..
    Even most of the time I’m sending something back it’s not of the requirements to label or box the item.

  4. Sunday, an hour before closing the store was packed like no other. The two female store employees handled all encounters with grace, patience, and a smile. They made the experience quick and simple. Outstanding job

  5. Henry and his team makes sure that you have all your copies and mail prior to you leaving. The store can get crowded but someone from his team always communicates that someone will be with you. Everyone is professional and courteous. The team rocks and keep up the good work.
