3 months agoI see some great reviews here but unfortunately I have a bad review. Was there today to ship a package and the man that assisted me (employee #151000) was very unfriendly. Never cracked a smile and had a monotone voice the whole time. Even when trying to engage him in conversation he wouldn’t do anything but tell me where to put the credit card, where to sign, etc.. I left there knowing I’ll never use this store again.3 months agoI have never had issues with shipping PCs via UPS. I recently moved and had to ship my PC to my new address. It was packed by the store and full coverage was taken out as a precaution.The computer arrived so badly damaged that the manufacture deemed it a total loss. This was a tower PC with a metal frame. Working through the claims department has been nothing short of a nightmare. The staff at this store even suggested I never shipped from them after they confirmed in an email, they had the right tracking number.
Moving is stressful enough. This service has been nothing short of horrendous.
4 months agoThe Indian guy who claims to be an owner is very rude. Came here to do notary and send documents out for express mail. Had to call our attorney to check out a few things before we wend thme out. the owner was aggressively telling us you are taking too long!. I’ve told him he can take other customers first and witch they were already doing and no other customers had any complins or looked frustrated but the owner. The black lady who works here is more professional than this owner.2 months agosuch good and attentive service! was in and out quit and i have multiple packages being dropped off. my go to UPS store now!2 months agoI would recommend this location of all .others. The nice man at the front provided the most simple and concise explanations of what I needed to do to get my packages shipped the best way possible

Never thought I’d review a mail shop, but credit where credit’s due: this one’s great. The guys are always super nice and got everything I needed solved in no time. Very practical place
Why they would actively move so far away from the three major hospitals that actually utilize them is baffling. Just hurting their own customers.
ATTN: This location has MOVED 2 blocks down to 1110 North Virgil Avenue – the store next to Supercuts and Crossroads is closed !
I moved to another city and the Post Office would not forward my mail from the UPS Store to my new location as the old address is a private business (UPS Store). I talked to the UPS Store manager at my old location and he was unwilling to forward my mail to my new address or hold my mail for me to pick up.
