3 months agoThe best customer service, i learn that this location has two other locations. The ladies we’re very nice and helpful print my return level for 1.24 $ No TAPE FEE Need it . Thank you!a year agoMy go-to location for dropping off UPS packages, always treated fairly, employees are cool. Went yesterday to drop-off a package and saw a calm but challenging customer being helped by a representative who was answering her questions and concerns in the most collective manner. It was almost impossible to not hear the conversation, but i couldn’t help but notice just how Michael, the name of the representative, handled the customer. Every concern they had, Michael answered it calmly. Michael had the patience of a statue dealing with this customer. bravo Michael for handling it professionally.a year agoI’ve had a mailbox with this store for three years. As I moved to another state, or I will keep using their excellent service. The whole team is very awesome. Each time I went to the store, the staff greeted me and my family members. They are super nice, friendly, and always ready to help. After I left Madison, I had several delayed packages delivered to my old address. They spent extra time taking care of the forwarding packages. Here I just want to say thank you to Alex, Micheal, and the whole team there (my apologies, I forget the name spelling of another two young men, they are super great as well). I also realized the owner of the store changed this year while their service is as great as previous. If they could read this, I also want to thank the previous staff — Jenny and Jay. The whole team makes me miss Madison and Wisconsin so much… So I would love to recommend this store to other customers who need UPS services.2 years agoI’m a frequent visitor of this UPS store and sometimes have lots of drop-off packages. I could say this is the best UPS store so far. The staffs here are always nice, friendly and willing to help. During the COVID days, they follows the CDC guidelines and everyone wears mask. I also want to specially thank Alex. When I have big drop-offs, he does great help for carrying the boxes. And I feel that Alex is very happy and energetic at work :). I would highly recommend the residents near by for doing business with them. They are professional and reliable! This is a great location as well.6 months agoFantastic customer service! I have been to this location 3 times for packages that were “delivered” here. All 3x, the packages were not able to be located. The customer service is respectful, but SLOW. It seems they could be better equipped to handle more UPS services.
Try calling the Middleton store to check if packages are there, saving the trip into town to check? Good luck trying to talk to someone real. You get an automated system that is slightly faster than in person customer service.
Team members at the store are courteous, responsive, and helped deal with the headache of international shipping! To the gentleman who helped over the phone to process a shipment to Canada, thank you for your exemplary service 😊
Alice in Printing is BEYOND incredible. She helped take our wedding stationery designs/vision (for save-the-dates, invitations, and soon thank you notes) and turn them into a reality (better than we could’ve imagined). She guided us through the options/decisions, turned the high-quality product out with impressive turnaround, and was a delight to work with 🙂 And, all for a reasonable price! I have dropped off many packages at this location over the years with no issues now in the last 6 months 4 packages never made it into actual UPS hands and I learnt that the stores are not really UPS they are an affiliate. It’s questionable that packages I brought into the building apparently disappeared before being picked up by real UPS. I never get a straight answer either and have never received the followup promised.
I have always had good experiences at UPS stores and I needed a notary. It was a difficult thing to sign because it is one of the last things I will do for my father who died in June. The notary was lovely and patient and I am so grateful for good people at this time. Thank you.
