4 months agoI have noticed when I have 1 certain driver none of my packages gets delivered. It is put off til the next day when the regular driver is delivering. This driver drove by my house twice today and never even slowed down. I got the message that my package was undeliverable before he even entered my neighborhood. I am currently waiting on a call back from the distribution center. The time block for my delivery was between 12 and 2. Then pushed back to 12 to 4. Got the undeliverable message 12:59. Get your drivers to actually do their job.2 months agoI mailed a package. They were not very busy. The service rep was kind and courteous. She was also pretty fast. I was please with my experience.3 months agoIt appears to me that UPS corporate wants to “help” local managers so they implemented a computer phone line. The local managers/supervisors dont want /unable to enforce drivers to actually do deliveries. As a result, customers only have the option to pay More money to have the package delivered somewhere else for pickup. Who knows if that would actually happen or that the corporate and local managers recieve a bonus (your money from paying the extra fee) and your package is still on a random UPS truck hanging out indefinitely. So its the UPS managers do not want to do their jobs along with the drivers. I was supposed to receive a package on Thursday. I was home all day even though there was a large delivery window. The driver never came but sent out a “sorry we missed you” as if I was not home. Friday was the same thing and so is Saturday so far. Becky says to DM UPS. Can UPS just please pick up the phone for customers and have the drivers deliver?2 weeks agoThey deliver on time and got good customer service10 months agoUps is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. Recently, I was supposed to receive a package I bought from Amazon and for some reason the shipper added required signature. Therefore, when the package was delivered a note was left on my door to be held in the nearest ups facility the next business day. Because I was not able to pick it up on Monday, I called ups to see if they could accommodate my request. After several conflicting information sent by the customer service department, which was not what it was informed, I tried to pick it up today but the dispatch. Department kept it held in the main ups location. I talked with the local dispatch and they were not willing to accommodate me in order to received the package on Saturday (including driver and dispatch supervisor). In this process , unhas spent more than three hours in totals talking with ups representatives with no results in different calls. This process had been frustrating and based on this I would never use ups if that is a choice, whenever I can make that choice. This is a big black eye for ups and I encourage all potential shippers to account for that on your shipping needs. The caveat in here is that other shipping options may be as bad nowadays post pandemic, but I have not experienced any problems with alternative shipping means nowadays. UPDATE: Package that was supposed to be delivered in the morning on Monday 10/24 has not been delivered, even though, it was promised to be delivered in the morning. Spoke with the access point and even though UPS truck with my package was in there already, it was not dropped into that location. Twice I called on saturday and friday and it was guaranteed that package would be delivered during morning hours in that location. I am travelling out of town and i will not be back until next week. Therefore, if I miss this opportunity, the package will be returned to the shipper. Two Complaints: Internal communications and driver making the wrong decisions.

If you ever have a live unload DONT COME HERE!! I got here at 10 pm 3/9/23 they said it should be finished in the morning. It’s now 11:30am 3/10/23 and still not finished! I only has 8 pallets. This is messing up a great load I had to pick up. I will never come back here
This is not the location that I typically frequent. The wait was a little longer than I’ve grown accustomed to. Staff was friendly-ish and polite. Located in a strip mall at the corner of Hacks Cross and Winchester. There is plenty of parking.

Hello, many years ago I worked @UPS Bartlett and my son worked @ UPS Airport. I have to say we worked our tails off for about 4 or 5 hours a day or night. Pay was good but the work was worth every cent. We were unloaders’ and loaders. As far as customer service goes they are a 10. Awesome company with opportunity for advancements and the benefits are great after 1 year of hard work. oh yeah people ,please keep your dogs away from your UPS driver! Remember they don’t have to deliver when it comes to vicious dogs loose.
I read several of the reviews and I was thinking wow they are over exaggerating things. Well I am here and the reviews are the absolute on point. The lady in the receiving office is extremely rude. If you get a load here to deliver be prepared to be here at least 15 hours. You being rude and slow just not sit well with me.
