Had a set of 4 large wheels and tires to ship out and he was able to customize a box to fit them right then and there, AND was able to save me some money over a quote from the Tosa location. He was patient with me while asked all my questions and helped make sure the wheels were protected during transport. Absolutely going back to this location next time. Do not have them print your return label , what they charge is enough to get 3 packs of printer paper at Walmart.7 months agoI had a large package approximately 44 pounds that needed to be returned using The UPS Store. I struggled to remove it from my trunk and awkwardly shuffled my way to and partially through the front doors. Upon realizing my dilemma, an employee literally catapoulted over the counter in an effort to assist me. He effortlessly took the large package and carried it to the front counter. The other employees were equally concerned and informed me about available carts to help with future packages. Impressive customer service!!!

I use this place at least once a week due to the nature of my business. Definitely a one stop shop for all your business needs. Staff is friendly and competent and always looking to help you. Hands down their color printing is superior to others and the price is very reasonable. One time I questioned it and did my research and yep they were cheaper and a better printer. They don’t even complain when I steal their UPS pens. I have about 50 now.
I have worked with Dan in the past and this is why I want to work with him again. He has done well with small things and now on to bigger. A 15,000 pc order of postcards for my nephew who was just on Shark Tank. Dan’s price beat out several other printers in Milwaukee and I know Dan’s quality is good. He is also exceptionally responsive in this age of a lack of accountability in business. Thank you!
This is one of the best UPS stores I have encountered anywhere in all my meandering throughout the United States. Wait times are almost nonexistent because they have several people working. These employees know what they’re doing, are smart and helpful. Parking is easy, and someone even comes to help with the door when packages are cumbersome. I’m thankful Walker’s Point has such a great and convenient UPS Store.
I stopped in yesterday to have some things packaged and shipped. The 2 ladies who helped me were incredibly helpful and packaged up my things with genuine care. This was the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Highly recommend using this location.
Hands down the best UPS store I have ever been to. They are excellent with their customer service, their operational standards, and the quality of the all their services are really felt. They also do a tremendous amount of printing: everything from flyers, banners, and business cards to outdoor signs, canvas pictures and even festival banners! I was really blown away with the quality of all the print work; (I have previously only used UPS stores for shipping). What was the most impressive of all was the level of care that their staff put into each of their print jobs. While waiting in line to make my returns, I could overhear the staff nitpicking the quality of their own work to ensure perfection and it was really refreshing to see that they really really care about the quality that they are selling to their customers. Keep up the great work and thank you for being a great asset to the neighborhood!
