a month agoI’ve done business at this location since it opened, and today was the first time anyone asked me for ID to pick up a package. I was impressed that Edgar cared enough about the security of their customers to verify that I was who I said I was when picking up a package. Thank you, Edgar, and keep up the good work!5 months agoI visited this UPS location directly after having an abysmal experience at the USPS on 112th. The man that helped me here was incredibly kind and assured me that my packages were in good hands. He allowed me to ship my USPS packages and gave me advice regarding future shipments. I would have appreciated his kindness any day but especially after my prior venture to the post office I was extremely grateful. Will definitely be coming back to this UPS for any of my future shipping needs.2 weeks agoColumbia! Make sure UPS dont lose your package. Because if they do, this store wouldn’t want to file a claim or help you. It’s in the policy that the store from where the label was purchased must file a claim, regardless of whether it’s a return or not. Hotline insists me to contact the store. But one of the employees here kept hanging up, refusing to help, and even coldly pretended to not understand my accent. Unprofessional and rude.5 months agoGreat service and fast. Juan was very helpful in finding the best solution for my shipments. I ended up going back to send 2 more pacakages the same day. I had first visited FedEx by Columbia University and the staff was very unhelpful and dismissive of what I needed. Thank you, Juan!!2 months agoThe workers at this store are absolutely amazing! I went in to make an Amazon return and make some copies and the person who helped me out I believe he was the manager he was so helpful. Highly recommend to go to this store. Great service!!

I visited the UPS location on 04/06/2023 at around 4:30PM and was incredibly disappointed with the service I received. The clerk refused to scan my packages and give me a receipt, claiming that this UPS location had a policy of scanning packages at the end of the day, even though I was standing right in front of them. When I asked who would be responsible if my package went missing or was not scanned, the clerk had no answer. This lack of accountability is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this UPS location to anyone.
I had an extremely frustrating experience at the UPS store this week. When I requested the clerk at the counter to scan my packages and provide me with a receipt, they refused, stating that their store policy required packages to be scanned at the end of the day. This policy left me feeling uneasy since I was unsure of who would be responsible in case of any issues with my package. As a customer, I believe it is important to have a sense of accountability and assurance from service providers, which was lacking in this instance. Therefore, I would advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this particular UPS store.
Notary was nice enough but I got charged 12$ to notarize 1 page. 2 dollars notary and 10 dollars to accommodate me cause I didn’t have an appointment!!! The store was absolutely empty. Not a good look…
Okay, fun fact prices at independently owned UPS stores differ. I googled a place for affordable passport photos & it said UPS charges $11* cheaper than cvs & other stores. Cool, I get here & take the pics and it’s $21*. Reason being it’s independently owned. I suggest if your charging more at least go on Amazon & order a ring light or soft boxes to illuminate a person paying nearly twice as much as your competitors. Just a tip. I would have given 3 stars- but the entire time I was there waiting the phones were ringing and no one was answering. This is for those people calling.
Terrible UPS was there for over one hour today to get something printed and notarized. The notary part was easy, but I wanted one piece of paper to be printed with color. For 35 min they told me that they were loading up the printer with paper after I asked if they could use a different printer they said they couldnt print today. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
