12 months agoLove this store and the man of the your Rafael. This guy is brilliant and makes the entire experience smooth. The best gentleman I have ever come across various UPS stores I have been to.Got a drop anywhere close to Harrison make sure you make it to this store and you shall be taken care off. 5 stars for me.
3 months agoI had an issue with one of my previous shipments dropped off here. Then I wrote a review accusing them for making mistake. That is not right. On a second thought, the problem was more likely to happen during transit. And that issue is supposed to be resolved between me and UPS, this store should not be involved. I can trust them, based on my experience at this store. Very helpful and friendly staff.6 months agoThis UPS is fantastic. The wait there is almost always non-existent. The workers there are always super helpful. On my most recent visit, Jorge helped me with creating some food labels I needed. He suggested the right paper for me and even helped me cut out the individual labels. He took his time with me and he was so patient. I really appreciated it. Jorge not only saved me tons of time, but the finished product looked beautiful. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back for all my future print and shipping needs.4 months agoWas in need of a notary. I called to check to see if they did, Jake kindly said yes. Once I got there Rafael helped me get the notary with the assist from the store manager Amit. Everyone was very nice to me, I’m glad to have done business there.8 months agoI’ve been meaning to write this for so long! This store is amazing. They are always so helpful and accommodating. I had to ship a huge tent cross country and the woman (I wish I remembered her name, she was incredible!) took so much time with me to make sure my tent was packaged safely and properly. They really care about the customer experience!

This is not a review of the store necessarily, but specifically about one employee. I took my two young children here to have their passport pictures taken. My younger child was NOT having it, and was crying and refused to leave my arms. Phil could not have been more patient. He tried for over an hour to get a picture, brought out a stuffed animal, and was flexible in trying different approaches with her. We eventually got a usable picture, but it was not easy! I doubt most people would have been as patient as Phil was – he was wonderful to work with!
I paid this store over $100 a box – and over $800 total – to ship clothes and books to California.
Someone at the other end (they won’t tell me who, or even prove that at an attempt was made) “declined” the delivery. Whatever that’s means.
Other packages I shipped made it fine.
No second attempt was made and I never received a phone call. They just sent the boxes right back to NJ. Apparently the “service” UPS and this store provides is to put your boxes on a truck. Not exactly $100 a box value, if you ask me.
A week later – after I’ve spent hours on the phone and at the store – the owner calls me and offers to ship them back at a 20% discount. So, he won’t make a profit on the second shipment, but he’s happy to keep the profit from the first one.
Be wary – this store owner doesn’t care about making your deliveries, he cares about whether he can play word games and duck behind “I’m not UPS, I’m a UPS Store.”
Shady and bad business.
I just left the UPS store it’s wonderful. The representative there by the name of Phil was awesome he was knowledgeable, kind, understanding: caring. I love this store.
I don’t think I’ve ever had an unpleasant experience. Today, my associate packed my items so nicely. The shelves were to neatly stocked. Another associate offered to help her pack my box. The notary person pleasantly helped another customer. Idyllic.
I stop expecting good customer service because these days it’s rare, everyone seems annoyed, angry and impatient, but I was surprisingly blown away today. I went into the the store to get a document notarized and Fred was beyond helpful, very kind and patient. He offered to make a copy, which I needed but completely forgot and placed everything in a folder, not before asking if there was anything else I needed him to do with the documents. This may seem small, but it’s so refreshing to be welcomed with a smile and treated with kindness. Thanks for your help Fred!
