a month agoMy first visit to this store. I was impressed the moment I walked in. I was pleasantly greeted and acknowledged. I was there to have a document notarized. The process was smooth and fast. Such a stark difference from my neighborhood store. I may have to consider doing business with this location more often. Selena was truly a pleasure to work with.in the last weekSelena was kind and extremely helpful during my transaction. She was attentive and thoroughly explained all my shipping options! The package was to large at first she helped my husband and I to cut the box down and measure it all because she heard me recording a special Thank you video. My mentor passed away 7years ago and blessed me with this portrait. I thought it would only be fitting for me to give it to her granddaughter who is now a wife.

Run as fast as you can away from this ripoff store and here is an Example of why. My Small business just moved into this area from Shadow Hills in NW Las Vegas. Each month we would have 60 color paper copies made at FedEx Print Center on Lake Mead Ave & The UPS Store in Shadow Hills. The price was always $14.00-$19.00 so moving over here to North Las Vegas I went and had the same copies made- This UPS store Charged me $56.46 for 60 B&W copies on aqua blue paper. They charged me $35.00 for the blue paper an outrageous RIP-OFF. I contacted UPS Corporate about this I Emailed in a copy of my receipt the system said it received it that was in July 2023 UPS Corporate couldn’t care less they Never responded. If you are in this area use Staples on North 5th Ave across from Home Depot right next to Ross. Ask for Mgr. Michael he is very friendly & did custom work for me as well.- Same 60 copies- $8.90. Wow! I would of not known if UPS Store did not rip me off. Now I do all my printing at Staples friendly service for less than half. UPS STORE? NEVER AGAIN.
Hesitant to come to this UPS because of poor service. Black girl at the front seems like she doesn’t wanna work and has an attitude. She’s always loud, she’s young looking but she acts like she’s upset to do stuff for the customers. She doesn’t hesitate to tell her other co-worker that customers don’t wanna pay for Amazon return with bad tone talking about us and the guy that’s coming in. Just real disrespectful. Always in a hurry, didn’t even wanna do a courtesy of taping a box. Just bad vibes. Too bad this UPS is the closest to us. Hoping that particular girl won’t be there the next time we need a UPS service. Little kindness will go a long way young lady.

Awesome customer service the moment i walked through the doors, was greeted with a kind welcome, and left with a smile on my face, nice to see people who enjoy there jobs, and willing to help, without making you feel like your bothering them.

🛑Disrespectful Behavior from a Young Lady that works the counter. I went in to return 2 large items and 1 medium sized item, I contract for Amazon so I had a vest on and was with my daughter who had her vest on, she started to instruct me & my daughter where we needed to put our returns as if we work for UPS, I explained we are there for personal business these were my own returns, I again expressed that we are contractors for Amazon to hopefully get her to understand we are not there for service we will not put any packages behind her counter that indeed is her job not ours, she then replies with “ Ma’am I don’t need to know your business” then cuts me off when I was talking as to dismiss me and leans in to hand my receipt as if I am being told to leave. I told her I have NEVER dealt with anyone being rude at this location and that I would file a complaint. I called the store shortly after to ask a Young Man when will the owner be in, he was covering for her and kept saying he doesn’t know when I can reach him, what he does not know is I have met the owner on another occasion. This was PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & the upset I felt forced me to file an online complaint, the sad part is my daughter said she had a similar experience when she had a return.
