2 months agoTerrible customer service, I’ve been here many times since I live very close and all the time the middle eastern gentlemen is very rude and dismissive. On many instances he’s told me not true information that once I go to the UPS store on Kirkman they are some how always able to do what that gentlemen said isn’t able to be done. At this point I’m done going to that location but it’s just so un professional the treatment that my family has received every time I’ve visited this place.3 months agoTerrible customer service. Just called and the lady that attended me would not let me finish explaining what I needed to confirm if they can help me. I asked to speak to the manager and in Spanish he said in a rude tone “she will just have to wait and was huffing and puffing. They didn’t know I spoke Spanish. It was just all un called for. I just wanted to know if they had the box I needed or if I needed to get my own before arriving to the location.2 months agoAnother UPS Store with good to very good customer service. As I use to write for other UPS Stores, it is not very usual to receive a great service at an UPS Store, but this one is VERY different: employees are helpful, they are polite and they will (try) help you.They DON’T have an “express” line for Amazon Returns or pre-paid drop-offs – hopefully they will copy this good idea that the UPS Store located at Kirkman is using for several months.

Emily & Ericka were amazing, they were extremely friendly with us the moment we came through the store. My partner and I were unsure of how to complete a document and they both took the time to explain how to complete it and walk us through the process. We’re grateful for being serviced by an awesome team.
They were slammed when the store was about to close at 3pm, but the associate Gabriel did a fantastic job of welcoming everyone in and helping each customer efficiently. It’s hard to find a UPS store open on a Sunday for Amazon returns and I appreciated how kind he was even when super busy.

We went Sunday, just after noon. I had to get 3 items out this week, and this was the only UPS office in the area open on Sunday. We’d been there many times and the staff are always so nice and helpful, and most importantly, patient.
This visit, the line was to the door and wound around inside. Once we opened the door, we heard a voice say, “I apologize for the wait, I’ll be right with you. There are three stations, with one gentleman name Gabriel running at least two of them simultaneously. He was trying to help a couple who were having some sort of complication. At some point. He turned to the line of at least 10 of us, to apologize and say, he would get to us and thanks for your patience. He did this every few minutes and it was extremely helpful. Staff acknowledging an issue is comforting and very important.
It appeared the place had been this busy all day as the wall and cabinets behind the cashiers was stacked with packages. While helping the complicated couple he continued to help people in line get their packages off. A few, like the gentleman who had a wagon full of packages, were checked in and Gabriel promptly completed their orders professionally in seconds.
As is always the case, most people, like me, were unsure of the cost and insurance and packaging. He handled each one of us acknowledging the wait and apologizing, while guiding us through this and that process.
As stated earlier, we’ve been there a few times, in addition to shipping, for their notary services. Again, staff were kind and patient.
Highly recommend Gabriel for Employee of the Month and a substantial raise for doing the work of three people!
I returned some packages 15 minutes before closing time and the line was practically out the door! Gabriel was alone and was handling two registers at the same time! He was awesome!!!! He had to handle customers that were suppose to go to USPS instead of UPS…Gabriel handled that situation very professionally. Great job Gabriel!!!
