5 months agoThis is the best UPS Store on this side of Phoenix! Every time I go to this location, the customer service is always excellent. The employees are welcoming and professional. I went to this location for notary, which is good and only costs $10.00. I highly recommend this location.4 months agoWalked into this location and was immediately greeted by Tori although it was packed! The Team moved quickly to service customers with a variety of needs. I have to shout out Tori for the extremely warm, friendly customer service she provided on an especially busy day. I believe Customers were calm as a direct result of Tori and the other Team members creating a positive environment. Great customer service, thank you!2 months agoI had an Amazon return, but could not use the box for the return, UPS delivery trashed my box. I was charged for a box for the return, Amazon and UPS CS were no help. Mariah helped me with a refund for the box, she was awesome! Thank you Mariah. Give her a raise.4 months agoA wonderful young man helped me at this UPS location, he had very good customer service! Went beyond. I always have good customer service at this location. I would give zero stars if I could.
I called the store and asked for fax number for accepting documents. The gentleman gave me the fax number. I show up at the store within 15 min., asking for important documents. He tells me in person that the fax machine has not worked in days. No documents have come through. I say ” Why didn’t you tell me that on the phone!??”
These were time sensitive documents that I
absolutely needed right away.
Terrible customer service.
I have been there on numerous occasions. I haven’t been able to catch the girls name but she’s a shorter girl with black hair. EXTREMELY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING! I was simply in there to make a return on multiple occasions, but this one occasion there was an elderly lady who obviously didn’t know how to use her cell phone and make an Amazon return. The person behind the counter was extremely rude to her and just said “I don’t know” so I just stepped in to help her, and it may be took me 30 seconds. All she had to do was tell her she needed to go to Whole Foods. On the way out the elderly lady said to me, I have never seen such a rude customer service in my life and I told her yes unfortunately I’ve been at this location multiple times, and had experienced the exact same thing with the exact same person behind the counter. That girl is rude, condescending, and not willing to help anybody. I don’t understand how she even still works there. I will be going to a different UPS store from now on. Shame on this girl… go get a desk job where you’re not interacting with people. I understand sometimes people have a bad day, but I have been in there a couple times, and she does the exact same thing every single time.
Justin was absolutely amazing! He assisted My husband and I with our documents. He was extremely knowledgeable and they will definitely be using him to notarize anything else I need!
The girl worker is very rude by the way. Didn’t scan my return properly or I’m not sure what happened on her end I received a label receipt with two tracking numbers for the two returns, one of the tracking numbers says invalid when I try to track it. Only one return made it to the Amazon return center. I had to make multiple calls to Amazon to get my refund. I don’t recommend this location.
Stopped in to get an important document notarized without realizing that their notary service hours had just ended, but Justin was kindly able to help anyway – thank you for the gracious accommodation! Very happy and would definitely utilize this location again.
