  Great service. I was greeted immediately. Nobody tried to upsell me or give me attitude like the NYC location I recently visited. They were friendly with me and were friendly to each other (the team members), which is great to be around. I went in on Saturday morning, there was no wait and it was good experience. They were friendly and helpful. The store had a clean appearance.

  Shipping, notary service – they do it all. I sent something via UPS, and other than having to buy a media envelope, the transaction went smoothly. The only downside is that one has to find street parking which is metered along Carson Street. Make sure you have lots of quarters 🙂

  Great customer service at this location, the people are unflinching nice and great at their jobs. Even when I drag on my billion amazon returns they don’t miss a beat. Parking isn’t bad either… there is a city lot behind the building that costs about $.33 for 10 minutes
