9 months agoSame owner and management as the Damonte Ranch Store, so same practices apply. I had an appointment at the Damonte Ranch store and they sent me over to this store because the manager who I had the appointment with was apparently at this store. I called about 5 times to confirm and nobody answered the phone. Drove over and the manager wasn’t there and the staff that was there was friendly but couldn’t be particularly helpful. They said that the manager hadn’t been there at all, and they never know when or where the manager might show up, or how to get ahold of them.5 months agoThese clowns claim there’s a 5$ charge for computer use and 1$ per page. There is no signage up. Definitely avoid.11 months agoDamonte Ranch store – Bad color copies and Coulton would not fix the print job, he wanted to charge me again. Said it’s the color printer they have. Luckily, South Meadows manager Deanna was there during initial order. I called Deanna at South Meadows and I went to her store! South Meadows reprinted my project (made sure QR code was not cut off) with “best” chosen on the print job AND did NOT charge me again. South Meadows store had great customer service!! Thank you!2 years agoMy wife and I came in tight before closing. We had some important paperwork to sign. The manager Deanna Callahan was so gracious and patient with us. The world needs more people like her. This store is great because of her.8 months agoVery helpful and printed out my dmv certificate within minutes. So thankful for Tammy and Sean for being so kind and nice to me.

Had a great experience using mailbox service at this location. Employees were very friendly, efficient, and professional. Appreciated that they always recognized me when I arrived and retrieved my parcels before I even approached the counter. I also really liked the convenience of printing and scan/fax services. Highly recommend! Great customer service.
Ana and the staff are all seriously amazing. I love this place! It makes me a little happier every single time I’m there. Everyone is accommodating, patient, helpful, and super efficient. The only thing that could make this place and its staff better is if they were handing out free puppies and king size candy bars at the door. I will never, ever go anywhere else, if I can help it. Truly, it’s a wonderful option for all your shipping, printing, UPS, etc. needs. I’ve been coming here for years! Thank you!!
The staff are go beyond their desk jobs to help you. Super helpful every time. Kind, efficient, and courteous. One of the best shipping stores in Reno.
Do not use them! They let go of several customer service workers in the midwest and forced them to train people from Turkey to take their jobs. I have a friend who worked for them over 20 years and that is what they did to her. I also have a daughter on the east coast who worked at a store for over a year and gets paid $4 an hour less than men! Do not use them!
Friendly staff answers all my questions, and very helpful when it came to assisting with printing and emails.
