11 months agoWas in and out in less than 2 minutes. I went to drop off a packaged and the clerks were all busy. However, another one came out and got my package right away and gave me a confirmation. Good service and staff.a month agoOn 02 Jun 2023 (Sunday) @ 11:52 I went to UPS #6552 San Antonio TX 78245 to drop off two packages needing to be delivered to my family in Westerville,OH. One of the deliveries was needed to be sent immediately due to the package having a book my Son in Law needed for a class pertaining to his Job. I informed the person at the counter assisting me the moment I walked into the store of how important my Son in Law needed to get the book. The person who assisted me stated he would receive the package the next day which that date would be the 3rd of June 2023 and I was relieved my Son in Law would receive it the next day (Monday) keeping me from stressing out because my Son in Law needed to have it ASAP. With that being said the person charged me Next Day Air Res $184.18 with a Fuel Surcharge of $26.25 and a CMS $0.22 (whatever that is) making my bill $210.65. For me just having a surgery procedure on Friday 30 June 2023 and receiving the book Saturday 01 June 2023 afternoon I needed to get the book to my Son in Law ASAP so I agreed to the charge. This had been the first time ever doing business with the UPS store #6552 and while I was being assisted with my concern the person assisting me demeanor was not of a good one but I gave the person the benefit of a doubt thinking maybe he was having a bad day but I sucked it up. The person not explaining what he was giving me and still having anesthesia in my system it was not a customer service friendly feeling. I felt a regret going to that UPS address. He did voice out that my Son in Law would get it the next day. What was provided by the person my niece who was with me had to explain to me what he gave me instead of the person himself walking the shipping process with me. I felt I had to guess on how the process works (which I have no clue how this shipped process works). This was my first experience with UPS and it was not of a good report. Today Tuesday 04 June 2023, being more alert I went into the UPS website and entered the tracking # provided on receipt and the saw where it states the package was shipped on 3 June 2023 not 02 June 2023 showing delivery date of 5 June 2023. Why was I charged for next day delivery if package was not going to be delivered until the 5 Jun 2023? The way I was treated and mislead of delivery date was not of a professional manner. What the person representing UPS said and what the item for my records with information he gave me are totally different and this is unacceptable. Ridiculous charge for a 3 day delivery especially if he doesn’t get it by the 3rd day.a month agoHighly recommend this store. I’ve gone to other stores, and this one helped me fix an issue from another store.I don’t know who the first guy who was here on Sunday, July 16, in the morning, but he was extremely helpful.

a month agoJust left this location at 2:20 pm Thursday July 20th. I had many returns and one label was incorrect due to amazons support. Sophia did an excellent job at being patient and ready to help me after having it corrected and informed me of how to read next where the label says drops off . she was very patient and kind to me and my child ! Great customer service from her very happy and will be returning to this location a lot more . Also store wasn’t crowded at all like the Culebra location in Alamo ranch area. Was very clean and thanks to Sophia she made our visit very pleasant. And was quick to help get our issue resolved . Even w a toddler fussing next to me . Very good service here3 months agoCame to return some equipment for att.I needed to get rid of a empty box I didn’t need. Ups store DOES NOT dispose of customer box.
HOWEVER, Mr.Preston kindly took the box an disposed of it.

Everyone is incredibly courteous as well as knowledgeable. Ruby has been so kind for many years. Josh is always helpful and answers my questions. Kyle, Aiden, and Victoria are kind and helpful as well. I appreciate the whole staff and will continue to use their services. I’ve never seen any impatience on their part…pretty remarkable! Just moved here and had lots of packages to return and with a new baby it’s hard to get things done. Victoria helped me and was very patient, friendly and welcoming. She knew what she was doing which made things move along smoothly. There was another lady there I think her name was Ruby who wasn’t nice at all to Victoria I think it’s very unprofessional especially in front of customers. Thank you Victoria again I will be back and hope you’re there!!!!
Victoria should be awarded for her amazing customer service! I had an eBay order that I needed to return and she made it painless for me! Always smiling, cheerful and she brightened up my day. Goes above and beyond to help in anyway possible. Even if I have to go out of my way a few minutes, I’m coming back to this store just because of her.
I’ve been a customer of this location since 2000. Ruby has been one of their long term employees here since that time. I get great service from them, and that’s why I keep renewing my box rental year after year. They accept packages from Amazon and every carrier for that matter. Easy return for Amazon. I have 24/7 access to my mail, but I have to come in during biz hours to get my packages.
Ruby is amazing! I was there this morning and just want to praise and thank her. I needed something that took a little extra time and she was on her own. The store was quite busy and she juggled me with 3 other customers as the line grew. She kept her smile and composure which eased all who were waiting. Her customer service is above and beyond.
