a year agoIf I could give -5 stars I would. I came in with a package open with 3 different items that needed to go back to amazon warehouse, and I had the 3 codes ready and as soon the lady saw the box she said: We don’t take packages like that. Next! I wasn’t even finish, and I asked can you hold on please? And tell me why? And she screamed at me: WE DO NOT TAKE PACKAGES OPEN YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND? NEXT!! and I said well hold on, if I close it and bring it in with all this 3 codes would you be able to? and she said: NO! WE DO NOT TAKE PACKAGES LIKE THAT! NEXT ! Well I just said okay, thank you. And left so dissapointed, maybe it was just bad customer service or she was having a bad day 🤷🏻♀️ but it’s not my fault. If you don’t like your job just leave, you don’t have to be rude, I’ll find some other place and I won’t even come to the pharmacy location no more. Thank you and I hope you fix your problem.7 months agoEasy in and out. I’m really lost at these reviews because I’ve been in the return Amazon stuff and it’s not packed right and everything and they package for you seal it up put the package on there for you and everything and never charge me a so I don’t know what these reviews are about their very, very polite every time, but most likely is because I go to a lady named Brenda so if you feel like you’re not getting Customer Service wait in line She gives the best Customer Service ever
They charge $4 plus charge for each copy to print a label. No other place charge for this.
Don’t say you can’t change it. You can. You’ve lost a customer for life. It’s clear you don’t care though. Hope it shuts down soon.

Recently I started listing items on Mercari and have had to ship them with UPS, this location is a little out of the way but way worth the effort, the team here is simply amazing! Polite, professional, prompt and always so very positive! I highly recommend stopping by this store for all your shipping needs!
Super nice, friendly staff. Very efficient and give you the best deals. Try to help you with as much as they can. There is always one lady (dont know her name) who is very nice and in such a good mood all the time that calls everyone “beautiful.”
Business Owner & Amazon business account. They refuse take my Amazon return packages. I had already selected : need print return label at this store . Some employees they take it , some don’t. Idk, why ~ wasting my time . I haven’t finish explaining. They started trying to teach me how to do it or just want to charge me fees. $$$$$$ 👎
