2 weeks agoThis branch has been my go-to for Amazon returns and the occasional printouts. Usually there isn’t much interaction with the staff during my visits but this one time I needed a few invites printed out last minute, two of the staff really came through for me with their creative hacks and diligence. Special shout out to Mari who took the time and effort to ensure my last-minute, save-the-date cards were as perfect as they can be! Really made my day ❤️2 weeks agoJust started a new business and was a bit lost on where to get business cards made. Lucky for me I ran into Deep at this store. Not only did they walk me through making a business card, but Deep also took his time to ask me what I want my cards to look like. The next day he showed me a design that was exactly what I had in mind. Made the whole process very easy4 months agoI have been to this location a few times now because it is conveniently located on my way to work. Before going to the store, I called to ask if they could help print birthday invitations for me. The manager was very friendly and easy to work with. They had them printed quickly and they turned out nice.I’ve also been here a few times to ship my MANY amazon returns, and the employees were patient, friendly and helpful. They even came to help me carry some from my car since it was raining, and I had my kids with me. I have never received that type of service from other Amazon return locations. I love that there is a covered garage located behind the store.
9 months agoI came here after for passport photos for my Visa. After calling postal annex, USPS, Fed Ex,Walgreens, CVS, and other UPS stores I found this location has the best price for passport photos. Quality of the photos was great as well as the service. I will definitely be coming back!3 weeks agoWent there to do some Amazon returns and was gladly surprised by the new system they implemented for self service. A very friendly and enthusiastic person helped us navigate through the system and got us engaged with her infectious smile

I have a lot of Amazon returns 😂 and this store has the self-service kiosk! I love this because it’s super quick – I think 3 steps? – and I can text the tracking info to my phone. Everyone who works here is amazingly helpful when you need them. It’s a great store!
This is the best UPS store! They go above and beyond to service every customer! From printing to faxing – they really make my life easier. They even have air printing services so you can print from your phone!

This UPS store has a great customer service unlike most others in South Bay. The staff is very friendly. I forgot my driver’s license and some credit cards in this store and the owner traced my phone number and contacted me. I had no idea that I left them there.
I had a fun but somewhat big project to print out and both Byron and Tania were very professional and patient to get it done. I was amazed that on two different days I got such a great help. They were also very flexible and let me bring my own not regular size paper in. Thumbs up and thank you! Definitely recommend their expertise!
