7 months agoTypical UPS store except its quite small. Normally, not a problem but when they are crowded like they were today it is. I was standing in the doorway entrance for a minute. Also, parking can be challenging but that is an issue with the strip mall the store is in generally. Friendly staff.a year agoDo not go there! Customer service is LACKING! I went I at 5:15 pm to weight a package and told them I will return with a prepaid label. I arrived at 6:00 pm – and they closed the door to my face, and ignored me standing in the door with a package that only requires less then 5 seconds of their time. 3 people talking to each other trying very hard to avoid looking in my direction. I understand that maybe they didn’t want to work if they clocked out – but they seam to be tidying up the place – assuming on the clock – and if customer service was really a priority for them they would’ve took the box out of my hand, drop it next to the rest of the packages and continue what they were doing. I thought it was just common sense – everyone has 5 seconds – except the crew at this location. I will not return.a year agoAbove and beyond good. I go here all the time and everyone who works here is amazing but today i qent to scan my papers for Tax and forgot my wallet and the owner jennifer was like no problem you can pay later. Wow. Hard to find owners who are kind. thank you so much.2 years agoI love this place! They are always friendly and helpful. They are super clean and strict regarding their Covid practices. Always super helpful. I’ve used their notary, shipping and packing services, and have had great experiences with all. There are closer mailing centers to my home, but I travel extra for their great service!2 years agoMarine and Cassidy did such a great job at helping me ship my laptop back to the job I left. They packaged everything up so awesomely and then I was surprised that even with an additional $500 worth of insurance, it was still very affordable. Just $34 for everything! Thanks so much!

Staff is nice and they genuinely work fast. No BS, just straight and efficient transactions. Once in a while they feel apprehensive in accepting a package that may need better packaging, but that’s a reasonable suspicion so make sure you package your own boxes well, or they might ask you to buy a box from them (has happened to me, it was a good call on their part). They accept amazon returns with grace, even though I know they make almost nothing on that line of work.
My preferred UPS Store now (as there are others nearby), but this place is clean, quick to assist customers, and everyone working is so incredibly kind and helpful. I am definitely grateful.
I go to this store a few times a month. I am always wondering about the training of the employees there. They never say hello or greet you. They just say “over here” or “this counter. ” I always always thank them and I never get a response. I started to notice it more and more so on my last visit I went in and said hello. I was not greeted but instead directed to which counter to put my package. I said thank you after the transaction and received no response. I was handed a receipt and I said thank you again and still no response. I know that it is my choice to use this store and their services but they really really lack common courtesy.
Went to this location around May to make an Amazon return of an item that was nearly $400. Amazon never received the package so I never got a refund. When I spoke on the phone to this UPS location they told me it most have got lost in transit there’s nothing we can do. VERY UPSETTING! Now I’m out $367.91 and there’s nothing I can do.
