2 months agoJanet was awesome. Very quick and to the point while being friendly. I brought in a ton of Amazon returns and she knocked them out fast. Great attitude even though it was busy and near the holidays. Also helped me print out my slip for one of my packages.Update: I’ve continued to come here for a long time for my Amazon returns. They are great for it. They are so fast.
4 weeks agoI visit this location regularly just because of the customer service! When the staff appears to be overwhelmed I’ve never seen them reduce their level of service. I have a location within 5 mins of my home, but drive 11 miles to this one! What does that tell you? The services offered including notary are very convenient for all my needs. Thx Scottsdale location for the best reviews than some of the other locations I’ve read. Good job!4 months agoThere was some great people who worked there. Very helpful and very kind. But now 4/14/23 and 4/15/2023, it seems as though there are different employees. They are EXTREMELY rude, disrespectful, argumentative, entitled and there is zero friendliness. ZERO !!! They are a lot of UPS stores around so clearly it’s time to take my business somewhere else.4 months agoShowed up about 10 a.m. today to return an Amazon package and I was the first one in line. About six other people showed up behind me but when the second staff person came out to help, those other people ignored the fact I was there first and jumped the line. I was not interested in engaging in a verbal tussle over who was there first so I just walked out and went to a different store. They should go to the take a number system to prevent this sort of poor customer service.8 months agoTerrible service. Unwillingly to print for you for any reason (even when you’re printing a shipping label to subsequently ship at the store) anymore due to having a “print yourself kiosk”. Which you can’t use and reserve your place in line, and is inherently unsafe because you’re sharing your password. I was told “we’re way too busy to print due to the holiday season”. I recommend the old town location instead. They printed without question, while moving the line along faster. It was quick easy and pleasant. I’m never going to this location again.

We have been a customer at this location since we moved to Scottsdale since 2019. We have used many services: notary, mailbox, packaging, and shredding. We are now recognized and greeted when we walk in the door and mail and packages retrieved without delay. The staff are always professional and very friendly. This business is excellent!
I just visited here today 3/15/2023. One person was in line and I went in and the other employee helped me right away and I was in and out within like 45 seconds. I did an amazon return and they scanned my phone, and I was quickly on my way.
The team at the UPS Store at Scottsdale & Shea did a fantastic job packing and shipping our customer’s order. They handled some very delicate and valuable gemstone bird carvings with all of the care and consideration we could have hoped for. Our customer was extremely happy… and so were we.
This location is in dire need of a customer service lesson. I’m still in shock as I take packages to UPS Store quite often and typically receive great service. An employee, Natalie, refused to take my package as it needed “too much tape”. As in I brought in a box that needed to be taped up, which is extremely common, but she would only use 1 piece of tape to close a box, and because mine had a rip it needed 2 or 3 pieces of tape and that was just too many. She informed me I either had to buy a box for my box, or buy a roll of tape. So for $0.15 worth of tape this location has lost a customer.
“Sorry sir, it’s 5:33 and our system shuts down and we can’t do notary services after 5:30.”
Such poor customer service, it was even delivered in a whiney unprofessional and anticustomer manner.
Update: it’s now 6:30pm the same day and Vijay at UPS Northsight stayed later for me. He was my 4th UPS store after trying this Scottsdale 101 location (one didn’t have a notary and the other would have helped but the notary left her stamp at home – lol!)
I can respect that the notary at Scottsdale 101 didn’t want to do any notarizing after 5:30. But there should be no compromise to honest, professional customer service. No lies. No whining. No BS.
