The staff is always super sweet and helpful and I always get out quickly.a year agoStore attendant, who happened to be working alone day, was very helpful and patient tracking down a package we had shipped to their store. Phone was ringing and other customers, but she was acted very professionally and courteous. Great customer service.a year agoThe Manager – Sebastian was not helpful. I went to the store today to return a vacuum cleaner from Amazon. I had the labels printed and the vacuum cleaner in the original, manufacturer’s packaging. Sebastian told me to get my phone to show me where it says it needs to be packaged differently to accept/ship the item back to Amazon. So- I pulled up the instructions for returning the item and it told me that Amazon words things poorly and he interprets the instructions differently. The instructions say to mail the item in the manufacturers packaging if it’s available and if unavailable— return in a different box. Sebastian told me the manufacturers box is the Amazon box. He said he can’t mail it in the Manufacturer’s box because the box will be damaged in the mail and then Amazon won’t give me my money back or be able to resell the item.I immediately called Amazon customer service and they told me it is fine to mail it in the vacuum cleaner box and to perhaps try a different UPS location.
When I asked Sebastian to speak with his manager he claimed he was the manager and there was nobody else I could talk to. When I pressed further he said I could call tomorrow to talk to somebody else, which is past the timeframe for me to return my item.
2 years agoI gave this store a 5-Star based on my Amazon Return. I cannot vouch for the actual in-store purchasing and pricing. But the Amazon Return experience was quick and efficient. The associate assisted me with three returns without any issues, and even gave me a receipt, which I have not been offered in the past dealing with other UPS Stores when dealing with Amazon Returns. Also in the past, when needing to process a return and needing tape for my box, the UPS store would charge me $1 for a strip of tape, ridiculous. So I went into this process expecting to pay that, however to my pleasant surprise, I was not asked. So with just that alone, I am happy with my experience, again based on my Amazon Return process. Hope this was helpful!2 years agoThe ladies at the 7107 UPS store have been awesome!!! from day 1. I have been doing business with them for more than 10 years. I have seen how they have been going way out of their way to help their customers!! even with the rude customers, they kept their ‘cool”!! We need more business men & women like them!!! So proud of them in many ways!! Keep up your great job ladies!!

I needed to fax several copies and they were beyond helpful and extremely pleasant. I would definitely recommend them for your shipping and your printing and copy needs.
I have had no issues with my returns from Amazon. I have only sent two packages through this location and I will never send another one from this location. My second package was never delivered. One to many issues.
I will be finding a new courier to ship my items. It cost me $20 to send a 1.2lb item from Tulsa, Ok. to Dallas, Tx. Crazy expensive for a small package!
Staff was friendly and helpful. Also extremely quick !
I walked in and there was a turkey on the floor.. naked. And when I say naked, I mean stripped of its feathers. It practically had an apple in its mouth, was how ready for the oven it was. Needless to say, I dove in, and boy o boy, was it a delish meal. 🤤
