a month agoI almost don’t want to brag about this UPS store location because it’s normally not busy, and I kind of want to keep it a secret. It’s hidden from the view of Oleander Rd, but I really want everyone to know that the service here is excellent. I live closer to another UPS location but drive further because of how nice and helpful the people are here. Josh just waited on me, and wow, his customer service was awesome! Thanks, Josh!a week agoI went to this UPS store with a very large packing and shipping request. Josh was so helpful and patient and made sure everything was handled to perfection. Came in not knowing how I would ship a present to my brother across the country and Thomas was very helpful in helping me choose a shipping method and packaging to ensure it arrived intact. I thought I was going to be there for a long time trying to get all this sorted out and he made it a breeze! I will definitely come back to this location anytime I need anything shipped.3 months agoWendy is so kind and super helpful. I went today which is a holiday weekend and it was packed. People getting notary service, shipping service and Amazon returns. She was the only worker there and despite being super busy she had a positive, caring and helpful attitude. She was great at multitasking and super efficient/fast despite everything going on. I found myself smiling and didn’t mind waiting at all because she had a contagious smile and positive energy. Really makes a difference!3 weeks agoFrom the second I was greeted by Josh when I entered the store, I felt valued as a customer. He handled my Amazon return seamlessly and even provided a coupon. Great employee and great store!

This UPS store is particularly great! The location is very convenient and the team is great. I have a mailbox here for business and the team always checks in every few weeks to see if I want anything forwarded. These folks are amazing! I live in St. Louis MO and I purchased a wicker couch there in Wilmington. It happened to be in the same shopping center as UPS. I talked to Chandler and explained the situation. They went and got the couch and brought it back to their store to wrap and prepare for freight shipping. Chase did an AMAZING job wrapping it!! Chandler kept me updated on the process as we went along. They were professional, efficient and super friendly. Very refreshing in this day and age when customer service is severely lacking. A huge thanks to Chandler and her crew!!
