Each time, the interior cleaning was careless if anything was done at all. Went multiple times like a fool; each time same result. Emailed the business and they just sent a voucher for a free wash. Not coming back here.a month agoI’ve been coming to this car wash since I’ve lived in the DC area and have always had a fantastic experience. They are quick but do an excellent job! I’ve never been disappointed and they pay close attention to the details. They will even take the time to hand-remove sap/bugs etc that do not quite come off in the wash while other car washes I have been to try to charge me extra for this and then hardly acknowledge my presence.The managers Silvia and Ricardo are both a pleasure to work with and make getting a car wash a personable experience as they strive to provide the best service to their customers.

I have a membership from a Nearby Flagship wash In Maryland , the value is great ,there are times I’ve had to wash the car 2 or 3 times in one week and it didn’t cost me a penny more than the monthly fee. Recommended to all my F&F this location can accommodate deeper cleaning also thru an appointment with the managera month agoFlagship on Connecticut Ave is probably one of the best car washes in the area. It is slightly pricier than other car washes you may find but it is worth it. Their team treats your car like their own and it always comes out looking new. I am always amazed at how they pay such close attention to detail. I was told they recently installed new equipment in the car wash tunnel and I definitely notice a difference, especially on the wheels. Everyone is also very kind and happy to help, great car wash!

I don’t even understand why someone went into my center console anyways.3 months agoLocal establishment in neighborhood! The team was quick and courteous! The building was a lil run down ! I was in D C for an event & found this car wash close to where I was working. I am a high end car service driver & it is important that my car is clean & presentable when picking up passengers. These fellas definitely helped me do just that. $21 for “The Works” kept my Escalade looking brand new. My next door neighbor recommended Sam’s Car Wash just across the D.C.-Maryland border and I’m so glad he did. It’s very efficient. I pulled up on a Thursday morning with no line. Paid for the $15 super wash and drove my car into the car wash. The entire experience took around five minutes. The best part is that there are vacuums customers can use for FREE!
Ngl this is one of the best car washes around. It’s at least clean and maintained which means their brushes likely have less dirt than other car washes in the area. Staff are very friendly and they lightly wipe off the excess water from your car after the blower.
Car was washed clean, I’d say its about what you’d expect from an automatic car wash but a little better.
Also the vacuuming is free which is incredible. I really hope people take good care of i.
They also have a subscription which is actually a really good deal. Gonna be getting it for myself soon.

SAM’S Car Wash have been there for years still giving great service. Fo some it’s the place to be in the summer . People connecting over thier cars or just a simple hello . I have been bringing my vehicles here for years. Now I go st least 3 times a week . They have a great deal. Unlimited washes for a great price of course. It’s just really nice to see a business still going that hold so many memories. May you all stay in business for many more.
It was ok the only negative was the youngman doing wheels did a terrible job cleaning the wheels !!!! When i asked him the clean the correctly he ignored me so i told the manager and he had someone else the job correctly….
