5 months agoWe basically just needed to rinse the tires and wheel wells. Just did a quick soap and rinse. My debt card was charged one fee, a few days later it was changed to a higher amount. Possibly a coincidence, but a few days after the higher charge, I was charged with 2 fraudulent purchases. This might have nothing to do with the car wash, but I won’t be going there anymore. My account was frozen and have to get new cards sent while fraud recovery deals with issues.2 years agoGot to meet the owner the first time I was there. I was in a rush and it was late in the day for him.He still took the time to explain all the all the different options available. When he noticed I didn’t get everything done the way I wanted it. He gave me a free drying towel and paid for my next wash hands down the best car wash around. This is the only car wash I will ever stop at as long as it’s open7 months agoWasnt satisfied with the auto wash car was still dirty. Called owner and they made it right and personally cleaned my car for me. Will definitely return. 3 months agoNo very well maintained or kept all that clean but fine for a quick wash and dash as long as you’re willing to get out of the car and do it by hand. The auto wash is pointless.a year agoI drive to two other car washes in xenia, that were closer, and they were both terrible. This one at least had product in the auto wash, like soap actually dispensed, wax, etc. My car was cleaner and I am generally satisfied. Bugs still all over the windshield and the tougher stuff still on the doors and wheel wells.a year agoThis is where I go to wash my car. I use one of the two spaces where I don’t myself. Runs off of a credit card, not just coins. Cost me about $6 and that’s without me rushing too much. A great service for a pretty decent price2 years agoNot sure why but the soup wasn’t active on the super soap cycle and I was there to clean the engine bay. I brought degreaser so that wasn’t a big deal. So we went through the auto wash an for the same price as others in the area I got half the wash. No pre-wash and no wax during that cycle. It did wax the truck during the rinse cycle and spot free. Had to come home and wash it in the yard. Don’t think I’ll go back unless one of the fleet gets super dirty and the other one is closed. I spent $20 for nothing and ended up washing it at home after all.6 months agoPre soak and spot free rinse cycles do not work ( no pressure and water completely shuts off off) at last two visits

Great staff and they actually have people scrub your car before it runs through the automatic machine which is really nice. My car comes clean and stays real shiny. Hardly ever have to wait in a long line either. Definitely my go-to car wash!
Used a dirty towel with grass on it to dry the car and couldn’t even be bothered to wipe off the excess soap that didn’t come off with the rinse.
Did a great job washing my car, they brush off the big stuff before you go through the wash and rinse your car off and then when you get out they hand dry your car.
Rarely gets my SUV completely clean, does not get under the factory roof rack, neither does the people when hand drying it
Sam is the best! My grandson needed help knowing how to drive thru the car wash. He recently got his license and was nervous. Sam took the time and patience to guide him through. Step by step. Even with a line of cars behind him. And, he puts up with my 156lb bad dog. I appreciate you, Sam! Love this carwash.
