I have went through this car wash plenty of times before and the automatic car wash caused water damage and ruined my paint. I spoke to representative Dixie Withrow and he sent me to Northwest Auto body and I thought that was his way of saying they would fix the damage the car wash caused but no that was their way of getting out of paying it. They sent me to a biased auto body shop that is most likely paid off by the car wash. So now they are saying the won’t pay for it because my car was repainted. (In the biased auto body’s opinion). I definitely do not recommend this place. It will cause damage to your car and they will give you the run around to avoid paying for the damage they cause. The whole crew was fantastic. I got stuck in some mud and my undercarriage was filled with it. I paid for a drive thru wash and they even said I can run through it a second time to make sure that they clear it all. 10 out of 10. Big shout out to Demetrius!
This has been my go to place for car washes and I have loved how my car looks after. I went today and the girl guiding me in wasn’t even looking at me while motioning me to come forward. She was talking with her coworker the whole time. As I started going in my steering wheel was going back and forth and it just felt a little off. While inside, I felt one of the side sponges hitting my driver side extra hard but didn’t think much of it. When I got home I noticed a dent and a big group of scratches on my driver side door. I’ve had great experiences here so I will most likely being going back. I’m not sure what caused it but it definitely happened while inside the car wash.
This is my favorite car wash, from the location and service it’s a 10/10. I got the monthly subscription and take advantage of it by getting a car wash every time I go grocery shopping at Walmart or the Gym across the street. Definitely would recommend this spot to any family or friend!
I tried to tip Christian and Oscar and was informed that they don’t accept tips. I sure hope they’re paid well. Very friendly guys.
I only gave 4 stars because my vehicle still had bugs on it after a recent road trip. Also, I prefer to have my car wiped down due to being disabled.
