a month agoI have never loved how my car looks after any of the car washes in town but ever since tidal wave opened up my car is always sparkling! It is pricy but you absolutely get what you pay for and the monthly membership is totally worth it if you will wash more than 3/4 times in a month. Everyone is always smiling and friendly and the scrub down they give before you head into the rest of the wash is always top notch. My daughter loves going through here and it is definitely the most entertaining and colorful wash but there’s just something about how shiny and clean my car looks when it comes out here!8 months agoIt’s truly a car spa! The amount of soap and products is abundant. Quality of sprinklers, brushes and dryer is astonishing! Employees are great 🔥😎3 months agoWe are new to Austin and we tried Tidal Wave. The employees at the car wash are so very friendly! I had many bugs on my car and the staff worked hard to get them all off before I was on my way into the car wash 🙂 My car looks wonderful and the wheel shine makes it look even better! The convenient towel/spray and vacuum area is very convenient. We now have a membership and I love that we can roll in there any day for a great wash. Thank you to the amazing staff at Tidal Wave!!3 months agoI understand the pricing model: they want you to subscribe to the monthly unlimited wash subscription, no matter which type of wash. Otherwise, a single wash price is significantly higher than anywhere else in town (and about half the price of monthly rate). If you live nearby and could use several washes a month, go for it. If you don’t need more than 2 washes in a month, don’t bother. Use a different car wash and save $. However, the quality of the wash is above average/superior to most available in area. If you have a lot of rust on your vehicle, you may be denied.2 months agoWow! Never had such a great experience as I just did. The 2 employees just spent 10 mins probably getting all the bugs off my car! I’m definitely coming back and getting a membership!!!! Thank You!!!

3 months agoThey were fast and did a great job on my Hopper bottom, ready for the next load7 months agoFind someone better than this place. I’ve never had issues at a truck wash until finding this place. I just needed a 12’ enclosed rinsed off and they said they couldn’t because they didn’t have enough power from the hose. It’s a show trailer with just a little road dirt that I needed rinsed off. I can’t believe someone said no to this at a truck wash!3 months agoGreat place for wash out on Livestock trailers. I generally love stopping at Kwik Trips. Was amazed after scaling how difficult it was to find parking for my truck. I was amazed at the number of cars in the truck parking area reserving spots. Has this become a terminal for the local Boys? How do I reserve a spot?

As you can see from the pictures I added today, the problem continues. Automobiles parked in truck parking to reserve spots. I thought you might have gotten a handle on this by now.
Obviously it’s not a priority.
How do I get my reserved spot?
This is a great truckstop. I wish they were nationwide all they need is showers. I always try to find these when im in the Midwest, It’s like a small grocery store inside with a good deli. For those that cook in their truck. they have fresh fruit, veggies, and even fresh meat. steak and hamburger. brats and hotdogs.. eggs,milk, cheese. Plus, a pretty good dry selection.
ATTN Management. you should be charging $300 per month minimum, per spot for people using your lot for private parking. Bobtails, personal cars parked in spots to reserve parking. local day cabs and dump trucks that are there every day. A dropped trailer by the cat scale.. just dumb. have em towed. They wouldn’t get away with that anywhere else. $10 a day for reserved parking, is the standard in most areas. In Cali, it’s $30 a day! don’t let em take over. people will stop coming.
Nice clean store and friendly associates. I had and issue on 06/27/23. My door locks on my semi were malfunctioning. I got locked out of my truck for 5-hours waiting for a locksmith to come. The managers and associates did a great job accommodating me. They let me use the phone and assisted me with finding a locksmith in the area. Offered me some coffee and friendly conversation. Just a great experience even though being locked out of my truck was not so great🤔😊🤫. Thank you to the managers and all the associates that day. Sincerely Michael Fay
I’m giving 4 stars because, for the most part, the crew is very nice and always clean. I could rate lower now for the food. Multiple times, the hot spot at many times has expired food. Food is cold, even with an hour, tell expiration. I feel like they need to push that checklist a little more in the kitchen for 2 and 3 shift.
Love Kwik Trips, however at this location I was looking at the items in the bakery case on 9/09 and saw a fly flying INSIDE the case, and then it was crawling all over a white iced bismark. No thanks! 🤢🤮
