3 weeks agoWe deserve a refund. Absolutely nothing was washed off for the $20 service. DO NOT PAY FOR THE HIGHEST TIER WASH.I just got back from the lake yesterday and all the bug splatters have not been washed away. Black dirt is very much present on all sides of the car. Smears. Just unacceptable. Specks all over the place. Sides. Front. Back top. It’s all gimmicky as heck. These reviews can’t all be legit.
I’m a millennial. I should know better though in the end to trust places like this. My parents generation was all about washing it on their own because they knew how to properly wash a car. Where are the dad washed at??!
Never going back here again. Lesson learned.
3 months agoHaving my car washed at the Rainforest Car Wash is always a pleasant experience. The young team there is so friendly, helpful, and quite professional. One of the employees I would particularly like to complement is Eddie. He was one of the first people I encountered when I started taking my car there. He must wake up happy every day. There’s always a smile on his face and a wave. He is a wonderful employee and a credit to this company.4 months agoI absolutely love this location! It’s by far the cleanest in my area! The workers are always super helpful and friendly! I do have a favorite, however- his name is Eddie!! He has from the opening been running his butt off- ALWAYS w a smile!!! Very knowledgeable and if honest runs circles around almost everyone there! Everyone is great- but Mr.Eddie has gone beyond to get things done there! I’ve recommended this car wash to everyone we live around!!! Keep up the great jobs guys!!! It’s your value and amazing employees that beat all other washes in area!!!a year agoI have nothing but good things to say about this Rainforest Carwash location.I like my cars clean, and since I’m always on the go, it’s convenient just to go somewhere and get them washed.
I’ve bought the “Storm” package for all of my vehicles, and if it’s not raining or snowing, I’m there getting my vehicle washed daily. (That’s the best thing about having an unlimited package.) I can say, I’ve never been disappointed with the way my vehicles have looked when they’ve been finished.
My current daily driver is a 2022 Midnight Black Toyota 4Runner TRD Sport and it comes out nice and shiny every time… Tire shined tires included! 😁
Dan and Erik have ALWAYS been helpful answering questions I may have had about various things. Their customer service is exemplary, and their friendliness is an added bonus. Who doesn’t like to be greeted with a smile or a friendly word by someone you’re doing business with? These guys are the best!

3 months agoI recently moved to another state and forgot to cancel the carwash membership. I happened to be in town and decided to get the membership off my list. In the process of canceling, the manager noticed I hadn’t used the location and refunded me the 3 months of no use.It was a surprise to be treated with great customer service without asking for a refund.
Superb wash and fantastic customer service.

4 months agoAs my Jeep was moving through the car wash, I heard a loud noise and began looking around. I noticed that my right sideview mirror was missing. I called the office while still in my Jeep. The manager retrieved my mirror from inside the car wash and met me outside. She kept attempting to put the mirror back on, but the assembly base was completely shredded like the mirror had been twisted and ripped from my Jeep. I was told the GM would review the footage and contact me in 3 days. I went straight to a dealership to have it looked at. Parts and labor are going to be over $300! I’ve already contacted a lawyer. If it comes to legal action to get reimbursed, I guarantee reimbursement will include my legal fees as well.3 months agoTake 5 Car Wash is awesome. 😎😎😎 I use it almost every day. As soon as I pulled in, I was greeted with warm, welcoming smiles from the staff. A young man named Justin came up to my car and asked “How you doing boss?”. He then noticed my son in the back, and he said to my son, “Wassup Boss”. This was very considerate of Justin. As soon as I got in the tunnel and my car was being washed, my son looked around him and was amused by the soap and lights going on around him, but he was overwhelmed. By the end of the car-wash, he was overwhelmed and started crying. When we were out of the tunnel, Justin noticed that my son was crying, so he took him out of his car-seat and instantly started comforting my weeping child. My son instantly stopped crying, looked at me and said “Daddy, this is the best service I have ever experienced in my life. I love supporting local businesses, and I will continue to support Take 5 Avon for the rest of my life.” He is only 18-months old.After my son said this, Justin pulled out a $100 bill out of his pocket and said “Here, take this, I know you are struggling financially, and I want to help a loyal customer.”

I went through this car wash on Tuesday March 28th 2023. As I was passing through the dryers i heard a loud noise multiple times on the roof of my car. I pulled out of the wash and inspected the car finding 2 large indentations on the roof. I immediately pulled around and spoke with the attendant. She took an incident report and took pictures. I was given the name of the district manager, Ahmed. I reached out that day to him via text message with no response. I called the next day and spoke with him explaining the situation. He said he would review and the attendant would get back with me. Fast forward a week with no communication I reached back out to the attendant who gave me another managers name. The verdict was “I took a look at the incident and I’m sorry your claim has been denied. If you feel this is incorrect you may go through your insurance and get it fixed and your insurance will contact our insurance.”
This is terrible customer service. The aggravation and inconvenience this is causing is ridiculous. As miniscule as it is, a refund for the wash itself was never even offered. Beware of this company.
Still a good value, but the new scanners work maybe 1 out of 10. The vacuum doesn’t always work. Not enough suction. When take 5 took over they put in new vacuum hoses, shorter than GooGoo’s I have to move my SUV if I want to vacuum the back.
I had the pleasure of having your associate Jarvis help with assisting me in getting a wash. He was prompt, very professional he had a great attitude and provided service with a smile. If he’s not apart of management he needs to be. He was the only one who greeted me upon coming up to the scanner and explained packages and the perks. Absolutely love this location. Keep it up Jarvis and the take 5 team.
This is my preferred car wash because I love having their towels to help completely dry my car. I always use their supplies to make my car perfect. Every other car wash you have to drive away with water marks everywhere, and the car doesn’t feel as clean. My car is super clean at Take 5!
The same service is given regardless what package you buy as a monthly membership. The car wash it self was mediocre at best and when I tried to cancel the membership they said it was too close to the start of the next month and I would have to wait till the next. It got cancelled. Half the time it doesn’t seem as though all aspects of the wash were being used such as soap/wax/sealant and I had paid for the upgraded membership originally and found it to be the same when I went to a lesser package. Advise stick to the basic.
