4 weeks agoThe car isn’t dried properly, leaving many spots. There are mini scratches all over. The wash is so rough it actually peeled my registration sticker off after several washes. This is the only drive thru in Bay City, or I’d never return.a year agoI’ve had a drivers license for 25 years, and had the pleasure of washing vehicles in 7 states. This is hands down, the worst car wash I have ever had the experience of using. I moved back to Michigan over 2 years ago and was warned not to use Mister because of various reasons. I thought, how bad can it be I’m going to give it a shot. Well two years later and probably about 10 times washing my vehicle at this horrible disgrace of a car wash the verdict is in. This place should be the subject of a class action lawsuit for the countless instances of vehicle damage, not to mention the fact that it’s just also terrible at getting your car clean. You’d think with the obviously military grade rollers, paint peeling water pressure the least they could do would ne to remove the road salt from your vehicle but no, they just exists to inflict misery on the unfortunate citizens of the tri-cities who unfortunately have very few options for automated car washing. I have had 6 broken wiper blades, two instances of water shooting through my moon roof seals, countless scratches, and the pleasure of taking my truck to the power washer after I’m done to actually get it clean. Oh by the way, WOULD YOU LIKE TO SIGN UP FOR OUR UNLIMITED WASH CLUB??!!!5 months agoInstead of having an employee standing by the credit card pay kiosk asking if you want to leave a tip . They should have that person washing the back of your car. Everytime I have been there my car is super clean except the whole back end is never touched….why ?6 months agoThey pack you in it’s fast and efficient.. they never pre spray your car like firehouse did. And most of the time car still is dirty after washa year agoIt’s the best car wash around. The staff is always kind and very courteous. Professional. I highly recommend getting your vehicle washed here if ever in the area. My husband prefers this one of other Mister Car Washes. Vacuum cleaners are free to use. Woohoo

We’ve been waiting for this for a long time. There are no towels for you to do the inside but they do a double wash on the outside. You can get the unlimited wash program for about twenty bucks a month and always have a clean car. My family owned a car wash when I was a kid and I spent about ten years working in it. Mister has the equipment that we should have had back then.
A year later. This is my favorite. Of all the ones in Bay City and Saginaw, my car comes out the best.
I have the monthly wash plan. This was the first time I’ve used the vacuums. I was disappointed that many of the stations don’t have vacuums at all anymore. And it’s hard to find a vacuum that actually works. I started to pull up to an island only to find the guy on the other side was using the hose that I was going to pull up to. I ended up pulling behind him and realized that the one I pulled up to really wasn’t working well. Ended up using the one on the other side, once that guy left. Please fix the vacuums!
Good experience overall. Plenty of spaces to vacuum your car and the car wash was what you would expect. There are one 2 things that I was dissatisfied with. 1. Not all of the vacuum stations have a trash cans, but it’s never full so if you need to throw something away you need to get a spot with one or walk. 2. You can’t pay cash for the car wash. It either is through the app or with a card which was disappointing for me.
I’m pretty sure all of Bay City knows that this place is a horrible car wash. Their gimmick is to buy a monthly plan, which you have to because the first few times you go through your car is not clean. Just my opinion.
I mean I use it because it is the only car wash in Bay City but honestly I have the unlimited membership and out of all the times I have taken my car through there it has never actually came out clean.
