in the last weekThis place just gets worse I have one of top packages but it never washes like it supposed to. Super busy with many cars waiting and they only have one lane open. You have the female manager having great conversations, laughing with her employees two guys at the front letting people in in one lane alarm is going off 5x in one wash since they are so busy laughing. Smh where is the owner? I loved the attention to details, the cleanliness, the employee assistance, the power of the 2 huge turbo vacuums, the excellent vacuum hose suction, and the U-shaped vacuum stations.
There is a stand alone center building with two devices to wash your “carpeted floor mats… FREE. Carpeted items ONLY.
I was so pleased, I subscribed as a monthly member.
a year agoQuick and affordableOur go-to car wash. It’s the closest good place to give the car a quick wash. The basic service is $6 and leaves the exterior shiny and neat, and you can use vacuums to clean the interior. Paying for services is easy, but if you are having troubles with the machine, there is always a worker to help. On weekends and whenever the weather is good, there is always a huge line.
4 years agoThis was my first visit to a WashU location. I know that they are new and I was looking forward to the wash. It has a double tunnel so as to get cars through faster on busy days. This would be helpful as their lot is on the small side. They have plenty of free vacuums. The attendants were nice. I think they still have some kinks to work out of their system, but overall a good experience.

I am still new to this area and was looking for a good wow hand car wash. After trying 3 other places I landed on WOW and was blown away. Today was my first experience and it wont be my last. I’ll be sure to tell everyone i know about how professional this place is and the quality of work they do. From beginning to end the staff and owner took care of me and my 2017 Lamborghini . They pay great attention to detail and even the owner himself helps out to clean every car. My car wash was more like a detailed car cleaning. These guys are the best!!!2 years agoThese guys are great! I took my truck here to get swirl marks and scratches buffed out and ceramic coating applied. Loui did a phenomenal job on my truck! He was very detailed and meticulous with everything he did on my truck. The ceramic coating really makes my truck look amazing. The pictures do not do justice! Thanks again for treating my truck as your own and providing me with exceptional services!2 months agoThey locked my car keys in the car, and we tried to open the car, but the driver window ended up being broken. At the end of long negotiation, we agreed that each one pays half of the price. after I had fixed the window, he was like I will not pay half of the tint and the wholesale price of the driver window. It cost me 420$, and he zilled me 120. I have returned the money. It’s not about the money we make money, money don’t make us but the owner was too cheap

I got the most expensive option available and I spent $20 on my visit. Not happy about the results looks like a $3 wash that they use to offer.
I always have my car clean and shiny. I have a membership that literally pays for itself with two washes and I wash and vacuum my car every other day. The guys are always available to help in whatever is necessary, especially when the vacuums get clogged and I need their help. They are friendly no matter how busy it gets which is almost always because it’s a high traffic area. I’ve referred my sons to get their membership there too… it’s a great deal!!!
I’m here today when it’s supposedly opens at 7 am but it’s definitely still closed. I pay a subscription to get my car washed and keep it clean for work pls pay your people better or make a better schedule this sucks. Canceling subscription after this.
I’ve been using the $35 unlimited for a couple months. Be weary, my trucks hood came out all scratched up today and was basically told to take it up with my insurance.

I showed the gentleman that my wheels did not look clean, even though I paid for the wheel cleaner. He explained that some of the dirt was too caked on for the machine to adequately clean. He saw I wasn’t happy, so he offered to let me go through the wash again! I appreciated that he was attentive to what I wanted. He was right about the caked on dirt, but I am a satisfied customer!
