a year agoI have the unlimited pass, which is great. But the Easthampton location is in need of some upkeep. Had my hood scratched and then was given a very unfriendly reasponse when I brought it to their attention. Ended up filing a claim, this was almost three months ago. Never heard back.a year ago$20.00 a month and unlimited wash, how can you go wrong! So far the Gardner location have been reliable. Even on the colder days they are open.a year agoThe basic$10 eash was good and left my car clean. I like that there was an attendant there and he uses the high pressure wash on the grill and the rear lift gate.a year agoIts not really a car detail shop as it is advertised on the web. It os just a drive theu car wahs behind a gas station. There are not even people there to hand dry your car. I used to use the self serve to rinse off winter salt. But it is very run down and poorly maintained. Stopped going here when I noticed that the pressure rinse was actually brown water. I assume they recycle the water…probably need to clean the filters now and again. If it’s not recycled then they have much bigger problems. I would suggest going elsewhere.
Spent 15 dollars to go through the wash and still had to go into a manual wash bay to clean all the places the brushes missed . It went way too quickly .
Then i couldn’t break a 20 dollar bill at either change booth .
But once you do get it clean , you have the privilege of driving through the slowly decaying lot that’s full of dirt and gravel chunks ..
They really need to reinvest in their company and make it better , it used to be great .
Good price for self service car washing and vacuuming. They maintain the place well.
Been here 3 times to use the self wash, the first two visits 2 or 3 of the options were empty or not working, yesterday the only thing working was water. No spray soap, no brush soap, no tri-color soap, not even ‘spot free rinse’ working. Everything empty. No contact info, just insert your money and leave through the torn up, unmaintained, dirty, pothole filled parking lot.
Coin operated vacuum cleaner took my quarters and then wouldn’t work, tried a different one and it spit the coins back out. Terrible, go somewhere else.
