3 months agoGreat self service options (bug wash and vacuums) and a good wash. Tire shine only shines part of the tire. The back of our SUV still has dust/pollen on it. The rest of the vehicle looks great.They have large brushes and soap available for bug removal before you pull up to the gate to pay. Vacuum stations were great.
What I like best: very few water spots on vehicle after the wash compared to every other car wash I’ve used.
2 months agoI was a former member and came back because they send me a birthday coupon. Okay, I’ll try it again. Long and behold they messed up my car. I came back from the car wash w my passenger mirror bent backwards , which it has never done before , just forward. Anyways, I went to put it back and noticed new scratching across the mirror. I pulled in and asked for the manager, he looked at the damage and said let me look at my cameras , then comes back saying his cameras don’t work. Interesting. But how convenient. He said “have a nice day”. Won’t be back. Going to Tommy’s across the street or anywhere else.2 months agoI chose the $15 car wash which is their second most expensive option. It didn’t clean my car completely; there were multiple large dirty spots remaining on the hood, bumper, etc. That was disappointing.That said, I loved the vacuum station. Easy to use and very strong suction with lots of open spots.
a week agoThe best Car wash I have taken my car through. Great Vacuums. The even have a bug wash station.6 months agoBeen a member for over a year. They are very convenient to where I live and I’ve never had an issue with them. Had to transfer membership to a new car and the employee was super fast and helpful. Had a new sticker within 2mins. Try not to transfer a sticker during busy times. The lines get long but do move fairly fast.

3 months agoI’ve tried calling them multiple times to tell them about how my car looked when I got home and no call back. My tires had dirt on them, my dash was dusty and when I opened my car door it wasn’t clean. The wash was $25, $35 with the tip. One star!2 weeks agoAbsolutely loved this place , I randomly stopped by for a quick wash , ended up having brand new car ✅5 months agoI had the worst experience ever at this car wash shop. The customer service was terrible and they wanted to charge just to schedule an appointment for one of the customer. This is unacceptable and I would not recommend this place to anyone.10 months agoI got the full service car wash and they did a terrible job not even the bare minimum. They didn’t even bother wiping everything such as behind the steering wheel and door panels. Nor did they bother vacuuming the seats. They vacuumed the floor but not properly, there was dust and particles under the front seats as well in the side doors. Honestly such a waste of money and a terrible experience. When I tried asking them to wipe and vaccum the said places they just said “No English” and “finished” as an excuse for not doing it. I had to go and use the self service vacuum’s to properly get it cleaned. I would recommend coming here for the self service vacuum’s. Even though the place is cheap it’s not worth it cause they don’t do the things included in the services properly, so it doesn’t even look like you got a car wash to begin with.3 months agoSaved the receipt rewards program for the synthetic paint sealant…..was told they can’t do it and would not honor their own program. The $3 wash is actually a pretty intense scrub and it gets all the dirt off, I would not recommend buying the higher wash packages. Also the rinse water is dirty and the dryers don’t blow it all off so if you don’t towel dry the spots it missed you will get a mess like this. If they had free paper towels like Mobil does it would be a non issue.
Usually I avoid this place because during the day there is always a mile long line that backs up into Roosevelt. People are weird because the other $3 wash at Mobil usually doesn’t have much of a line and does just as good a job as this one.
At night there’s usually no wait at all. Also the included vacuums are always working and have good suction. There’s nowhere to wash off your mats though.
Took my car here for a wash earlier this week and while vacuuming afterwards I noticed multiple scratches that were not there before I had gone through the car wash. I found an attendant and put in a damage report and was told a manager would call me within 3 days. It has been 4 days and I have not gotten a call back. This is an example of terrible management and is unacceptable.
If I can give a zero rating I would. Horrible – we signed up for the monthly pass, but was terminated recently without notification because they stated “you are an Uber driver and we have to charge you more $25 per month).” They never stated that there is a different charge for Ride Share cars. I don’t even come often (only go once a week or twice per week at most). Jetbrite car wash should actually cater to RideShare drivers and give them a discount since they bring tons of business, instead they cheat them and up charge them for using unclean water and subpar facility. I will warn everyone I know – you should think twice as well too. With a market so competitive these companies should not take advantage of the small people, they should rethink their strategy. They earn so much for zero to none expenditure. I am taking my business elsewhere like WashU or Ever Clean they have better facilities and excellent programs.
Fast, economical & free vacuum facilities. Very spacious therefore moves you through rather quickly…just don’t go when I go because it always rains as soon as I leave 🙄
