a month agoGreat job on detail and service however, need better hours. Longer hours during week and open on Sunday as well would definitely bring more business and allow us that have 10-12 hour work days during week and cannot make it back to the area from DFW before closing and also busy all day every Saturday. Pretty frustrating, especially when you pay for a membership.5 months agoOMG! This place does a magnificent job on car washing. For the basic car wash, they treated it as well as they possibly could have. And they dry buffed my car for no extra charge, but I tipped them wholeheartedly. Great place to go. They did a great job of cleaning out the interior even taking out the rubber mats and scrubbing them with a brush! They also did an amazing pretreat on the outside of the vehicle before running it through the automated wash. It’s the best wash and cleaning I have had in a very long time!

3 months agoAlways clean. They have a couple of washer you can use your credit card to pay. Convenient. Dryers are free and work great. Go during the week to avoid the crowds.3 months agoUpdate: They seem to be doing a better job at keeping it clean again. Have had more please t experiences with staff lately as well. Though we Had an issue today where a man come up said he worked here and told us to move our car while all spots are taken. We asked why and he said because he works here and he wants the spot. We asked where we should move to and and said to park somewhere else. We asked the lady working, she said he works here but we we’re ok where we were parked. The entire time we were here the guy did not do a thing besides sit on the benches and walk around. Not sure what his job is but he’s not doing much. They allow people who are not handicap to park in handicap spots then will bother people who are handicapped to move a car because an employee wants the spot does not sit well with me …Honestly this was the cleaner laundromat in Greenville, but unfortunately seems to be going down hill. However I have noticed the staff seems to be more friendly. They had fixed the WiFi for a while. Washers and dryers are good, place is clean. WiFi sometimes works.
a year agoI prefer this laundromat over the other one. The location is further from home, but I still prefer it. The washers are kept clean and the AC works, though I prefer to stay in my car. It’s not too crowded when I go, and there is enough room and light to actually fold my clothes.If you’re worried about bed bugs — a risk anywhere — make sure you dry your clothes on high heat for a minimum of 30 minutes, and either fold your clothes on a surface or put them straight into a bag after to fold at home.
The dryers running for 9 minutes at a time gets annoying, but it’s not a huge problem in comparison to the alternative. This place looks more like the previous laundromats I’ve been to, so that factor builds trust, too, even though it’s under a different name.
I gave it 4/5 stars because the ceiling looks questionable, and there are some negatives, but it is overall a good laundromat. I don’t get what people expect from a laundromat. If you want luxury, $2.75 laundry is not it.
There are also some people who will part on the ramp area 😑 even when there are cones 😑 and I’ve had those same people take my clothes out of the washer I’d just put them in and had to leave to get $1 extra in quarters, just so they could put theirs in one if the bigger washers. “This one is mine,” is what they’d said.
One woman told me that clothes wash much better if you put the soap in after you start the load and the water starts running — 💯💯💯💯.
Lastly, it’s not their fault if you forget things in the washer/dryer, so be sure to look all up in there before you decide you’re completely done with it. Your property is your responsibility. It’s entirely different if the machine eats it or messes it up. You wouldn’t blame a grocery store when you forget your phone there, so…
a month agoThey aren’t real friendly here & u can never find the workers when u need them2 years agoThe laundromat is very clean and well kept. The washing machines are priced fairly and work well. There were a couple of down washers on the day we went but it wasn’t a problem since there are a lot of machines there. The dryers are FREE and work better than any dryers I’ve ever used before, ANYWHERE… which is the best part!! I’m not sure if they own the place or just work there, but the couple that we’re working the night I went, were SUPER nice! The gentleman even helped my pregnant stepdaughter and I load up all the laundry into the back of my truck. I will never go to another laundromat… This place has become my go to spot from now on! They seemed to know and were quite friendly with several other patrons that were there as well. Great place and I highly recommend!!

I’ve been using this car wash for years, and it keeps improving, the staff keep everything running smoothly plus the addition of card readers makes finding change less of a challenge. Washing your car? Come here. It’s that simple.
This an easy to use automated car wash. The deluxe wash makes the chrome on my pickup very shiny, and the white paint looks great. The chrome wheels and the side steps sometimes don’t clean up as well was I like if they start out pretty dirty, but if I get the truck washed every couple of weeks, they start to get very clean and shiny also.
A nice car wash. Stalls are always clean. Equipment works well. Usually the owner is there numerous times throughout the day to check on things. The automatic bays are touchless but have great pressure and I don’t have to wash my vehicle again after it goes thru.
TERRIBLE. Went to wash my car at night. It accepted my $2 worth of quarters and the ground was wet but wasn’t starting. There is a tiny sign that says the pump will automatically shut off after 10pm on a wall with about 10 other signs that are bigger than this very important sign. Will never come here again. It didn’t even give me my quarters back. There were like three other people trying to wash their vehicles too and we were wondering why theirs weren’t working either.
