2 months agoWorst ever! My bumper was pulled off by the car wash location in over a month ago and still no answer from the owners. I have a brand new Mercedes Benz. Went through for a quick wash and this was the result so go in at your own risk6 months agoPLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay away from this car wash! I bought a new car from another state, and I usually hand wash my cars, but when I brought it home I wanted it to look good for my wife to take to work the next day. So I thought in my mind this car wash is almost brand new what’s the harm… well I get home and am wiping off the car when I noticed tons of huge scratches and damage to the back and side of my SUV. So, I did what anyone would do and contacted the wash. They told me to go fill out a claim online and they would get back to me.. nope, nothing, so I filled out another one waited the days they recommend and nothing. Sent multiple emails to their help@galaxies and you guessed it nothing.. so I finally went in demanding I talk with someone in charge. The 20 year old “manager” told me to go over to Mayo auto #2 over in Killen as they were the owners and they can get it fixed for me. Took it there only for the lady to very rudely tell me the owners don’t work there and I would have to send an email… she then proceeded to go take a look at my car and basically call me a liar and that the machine couldn’t do that damage.. well it did lady… so after now almost 4 months of not writing a review here I am.. beware of this place and their faulty equipment!8 months agoUnfortunately, I did not have a great experience nor can I recommend anyone.Todays Car Wash is much, much better. Galaxy offered a premium free wash and though I already have a membership, I wanted to give it a shot.
Unfortunately I went through the car wash twice and my car was still not clean. There was a coating of white film on my vehicle and small swivel scratches. Not only, the fella with the ginger beard and mustache that work on 1/12 at 6:30pm was extremely rude and not friendly. He even hinted that the free wash was for another location. And if it was so why didn’t the agent at the gate stated so? Like did he expect me to reverse and drive on the other side of town?
Unfortunately, going through a third time would not do any good so I’m literally leaving and heading to todays car wash for a proper wash.
If this is how they treat a potential customer I would never get a membership with them.
4 months agoI’ve been going for a couple months now and usually have a good experience. Like all automatic car washes, this has caused paint to chip on two of my vehicles – that’s a risk you take doing things quickly. The staff doesn’t seem like their happy or enjoy their jobs though and I wish that wasn’t the case! Everyone deserves to be happy. Hopefully the management team will do something good for them & let them know they’re appreciated!a month agoI had a wonderful experience at Galaxies,Dyllon and Joseph were so nice! My husband forgot his wallet and they payed for our car wash! I just want to say thank you ! You did not have to pay for our car wash and you did! So thank you 🙏🏻

4 months agoJust don’t go here. Decided to wash my car and something in there scratched my car. Of course they don’t want to take responsibility for it. “There’s no malfunction with the equipment and Unfortunately the equipment just isn’t abrasive enough to cause that damage.” Is what I was told. Even though there was no damage on my car before I entered their location. Absolutely ridiculous. My hopes weren’t high for them taking responsibility though. There was another gentlemen there when I was that has damage to the paint on his car as well from this location. It might be small and unnoticeable to others but it was noticeable enough to me to realize that something had happened. I mean I had literally just gotten in my car right before going here so I would have seen if that damage was on my car beforehand. Also if the machine isn’t “abrasive enough” to do damage to my car it wouldn’t be able to move my side mirror… I literally watched the spinning brush push my mirror in. They say they watch cameras to see if anything malfunctioned, however that’s not going to let them see if there’s something stuck in there to cause the damage that it did. Like I said, I didn’t have high hopes for them taking responsibility for the damage they caused. My attorney has advised me to file a claim with my insurance against them however so that will be my next step.2 months agoI usually like this place better than the other ones because it usually cleans my full size SUV better than the other ones. I gave it two starts because lately, I noticed the rollers are not cleaning the back of the vehicle. Maybe they need to be reset. Also, as of lately, the vehicle doesn’t get rinsed as good as it used to do. There is a lot of soap left, which, with this heat, it dries quick on the vehicle. And the biggest issue I have is the fact that the shaded covers have been removed, which helped a lot when drying the vehicle.in the last weekQuick car wash with Free Vacums for the Wiiiiiiin! I scanned my QR code and waited for the attendant to help me, but he said that since I bought it online it will take 24 to 48 hours for my account to be active. He asked me if I wanted to buy one at the store and cancel the online purchase. I told him whats the point in buying online and making it easier? No answer!!!a year agoPls always check your car after it is washed, it just happened to my sedan 10 minutes ago, the machine broke my rear spoiler. I have to stop and tell them go inside and pick up my part. No employee said anything about the accident such as how to fix my issue. So bad experience today after 2 years I have used their service.

I pay a monthly fee to have unlimited washes, yet when I want to upgrade my wash, to the “best one,” at that, they still charge me full price. For what? And I get that the economy isn’t that great and all, but like – I used to work here.. I know that it only costs a few dollars to run that ultimate wash. A few years ago when it was $16, that was reasonable, and the profit margins were exceptional. $25 for the same exact wash?… Come on, guys. Heavily considering Galaxy car wash at this point.
Granted, it says that google says they close at 8. But I wouldn’t have known that if my vacuum wasn’t randomly shut off. Confused, I asked the manager why it was working, he gives a snark remark about them being closed. I apologized and asked if I could just finish the last side of my car. He tells me no because they need to clear out the trash, and walks away. All the employees were busy doing other closing duties (brushing the lot and cleaning the inside of the car wash line) no one had even started with the trash. 5 more minutes to finish my vacuuming would have did no damage to him. Prime example of a power hungry individual. If not 5 more minutes of curiosity, letting me know before I spent $20 on an already poor wash that you would be closing in 10 minutes would’ve been greatly appreciated. Will never return.
I tried the membership and my car was never really clean. My white car would have blue marks after washing and when the front was left with bugs and grime after a wash, I was done. If you have a sports car, it’ll get well taken care of. If you have a common car, don’t go here. Save your money and go somewhere else.
I loved it. I pay a monthly fee to get in as many times as I want. You drive up, the machine scans your barcode and you’re in and out, just like that. Free vacuums and clean towels to dry and clean your car. No complaints.
Lost a sentimental object though the vacuum while hosing the car. Management, simply could not shut the entire operation down, for
